A friend recommended that I take my Spyder to Malone for tires and an alignment. Malone is about…read moretwo hours away from home, so this seemed like a stretch. I got an estimate locally. I called Roberts and get an estimate for about 1/2 as much. I got to say the trip was worth the time and mileage. They had the bike for about an hour and a half. The ride home was like riding a new machine. It was like when you get new ball joints in your car, you didn't realize how loose it was until you get it fixed and the car handles like a new one. Like that, the Spyder ride home was excellent. It was well worth the two hour ride each way. And I saved money, always a good thing, well usually a good thing. When I got home I told my wife, the folks over there seemed to care about my bike and seemed to really know what they were talking about. They also seemed to only want to only do what is needed and not "upsell" services. When I need my Spyder worked on again, Roberts will hear from me.

They called every day to let me know when the parts would be in, when they started working on it, and when it was finished. They were upfront with the price. They also fixed my bumper, and pulled a dent out for me. I was very thankful and appreciated their services. They even told me next time I needed an oil change it was on them. He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is just disgusting and bad business. I can buy a lego set for $500. If the owner is a total crook, this behaviour gets cascaded down into his team members. Avoid this Nissan dealership at all costs unless the ownership changes and Daniel is gone.

Bert is the most trust-worthy and honest mechanic you will ever find! He will short himself money…read moreby telling you something is either not necessary or that it can be done later or somewhere else better/cheaper. He is always upfront about what he can and cannot do and his prices are very reasonable. He will also take the time to talk to you about your car and he has even looked over my car before to make sure everything was running OK, without even charging me! I brought my old car to him and he could have made about $800 off me for repairs that I needed....but instead he refused to do them because he said that the bottom of my car was about to rust out and it was totally unsafe to drive! This guy is the best! Most mechanics would have just taken my money without saying a word. He only works in the evenings because he has a day job. But he is still pretty fast with repairs. Call him! I always see him working on border patrol vehicles; that should tell you something. They don't just go to anyone.....those vehicles need to be reliable!

Not only did they get that done quickly, but they also checked my tires, and the whole visit took about 40 minutes -- even with them having to go grab the parts. The best surprise? Their little buddy, McDonald's, kept me company while I waited -- he's the cutest! The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The lady said her boyfriend would be right in to talk to me (in the office) whose name is James. Then I was like "well now I'm worried, I felt it when I walked in, like what's going on?" She immediately gave me attitude for wanting to know right then and there and with a crabby attitude proceeded to tell me "well the part u ordered couldn't be put on due to a pieace I could have went and got" like literally told me "I could have went and got" and it was a major thing I needed done the original reason I was even there! I even asked why I wasn't called I could have easily went and got that pieace who I turns out was a tiny gasket that's it! I got no answer and was walked out, left there wondering what the price would be now? Should be cheaper right? NOPE WAS $100 MORE!!!!
