He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is just disgusting and bad business. I can buy a lego set for $500. If the owner is a total crook, this behaviour gets cascaded down into his team members. Avoid this Nissan dealership at all costs unless the ownership changes and Daniel is gone.

I called the next day, told them what happened, and they said they would get it in that day. They figured out what was wrong, and my car needed a whole new clutch system. They called every day to let me know when the parts would be in, when they started working on it, and when it was finished. They were upfront with the price. They also fixed my bumper, and pulled a dent out for me. I was very thankful and appreciated their services. They even told me next time I needed an oil change it was on them. Very good mechanics, and very helpful. They took the extra time to explain what was wrong. Highly recommended.

They said to bring it back and they will keep looking for the radio problem and it will cost me another $1,500 and a part that could cost me $400-$1,200. Frenchie wouldn't help me he just sends me to someone else, he lies when he says every customer is satisfied. I will never take my vehicle there again.
