Worst dealership in the area!! They are great at selling you a p.o.s with a straight face. Better hope you don't need them to service it after you hand over the money. They don't care after you drive away. read more

Horrible!!! Staff either not educated on procedure and warranty or staff is purposely confusing you to charge you for things that you don't need to pay for. Either way both unprofessional. I was able to point out way to many problems for just a single fix on a jeep. All is explained on the facebook review. Unfortunately I my post is way to long to post on yelp. I promise if you are about to invest your money in a vehicle at S$S Auto please reconsider. Especially because there are many other dealerships in the surrounding area. I actually got a call from the dealer as I was typing this review for yelp. Dave tried blaming everything on me. He told me that because I asked them to put in after market parts that he didn't do his job lol... I have recorded multiple calls from the dealer ship. I have made a formal complaint with Chrysler and I am just completely upset with this establishment. Especially because I have been to 3 different dealer ships with my jeep during the 7 years I have had it. The only problem I have ever had was strictly with this dealer ship. read more

I called to make an appointment to bring my car in for some warranty work prior to my warranty expiring. When speaking with the service adviser and explained each item in detail(5 items). She put me on hold and when she came back on explained to me that she checked with her Manager and that because these are cosmetic issues I have to take it back to my selling dealer. (I guess a brake issue and two other items that have TSB issued on them for fixes are cosmetic.) Which is 200 miles away. I've moved to the area a short time ago. She stated that She didn't agree with what she told me but there is nothing they can do for me. I asked if I bought the car in Alaska I would have to bring it back to Alaska and there was no comment from Her. I also stated that we have had work done at this dealership Prior and no issues. I was not a new customer to this dealership. I will never go back and will never recommend S & S AUTO Sales to anyone!!!!!!!! The car was fixed two days later at Blevins in Massena, NY. Stay away, stay Far Away!!! read more
