The various buildings in which I have worked are all in great shape, although woefully short in terms of available parking. Staffs in all the MWR-run facilities have been helpful and kind, too! Primary con is traffic! Also, a lack of decent food/dining options, although this has really improved over the years. One of the two golf courses on post is always in decent shape and is a really fun course and the golf pro shop staff are always kind. Personally, I wish they would get rid of the foot golf or whatever secondary "sport" they've dedicated the primary golf course to because the various "holes" that are pizza-plate sized for the secondary "sport" are a real distraction. I'm grateful the arsenal is here - it provides excellent jobs for the region!

Ethan is a young professional who knew exactly what to do. It was our "new" Ecobee thermostat causing the heat strips to stay on. A replacement of a Honeywell smart thermostat and we are back to comfort and lower heating bills. Seriously it seems some HVAC companies try to up sell you on new gadgets to save you money. We suspected it was the Ecobee before we called. Ethan fixed the problem long enough for us together the Honeywell in. The office help is always so friendly. You can do much worse by choosing a company other than Comfort Masters. Ask about the maintenance plan- now I won't have to keep up with one more thing this spring.

As I turned to walk away she raised her voice to me and yelled " We will not exchange again!" Again this lady was just RUDE. i don't know if she is like this normally or she was having a bad day. But this was terrible service. My husband tried to show me some stone and I went on to tell him how she was. I told him we will NOT be coming back her again!
