At a house I used to own he removed the electric baseboards that were on their last legs and installed radiant heat baseboards which are more energy efficient. He has installed Cat 5 wiring in my office. Recently he rewired my new house. Some of my outlets were polarized (not good) and he went through each outlet and made sire they were probably wired. He switched all light fixtures and ceiling fans, and provided us with a light panel (for fan speed and light dimmer all in one). He installed a special 3 prong outlet for the home office. He relocated light switches and outlets. He installed and increased the electrical panel to 200 amps. He relocated the exterior electrical box and did a whole house surge protector. Given that my house is 85 years ago it was time for the upgrades to make sure our family remains safe. I have n doubt that Jason accomplished just that. He started the project on time and finished timely. His price was reasonable. I had Kyle from Morrissette & Son Contractors quote the hearting system in my house. While we ultimately did not use his services, he was professional, and his quote was comparable to the person we did use.

I got a call from him last night ( over a month since he had been to my house ) So I told him I had the work completed already. he then proceeded to scream at me that I went behind his back to get the work done ?? Strange. Proceeded to tell me he would send me a bill for his time at my house , which was never discussed, he specifically said he couldn't do the work that Friday and seemed happy to have a Friday off. I have never been so unprofessionally treated and was shaking after I finally got off the phone with him. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I also really liked that I could schedule online on Jon's website to make it easier to align my schedule with his availability on my own time. In short, excellent customer service up front and through the whole process start to finish. He might not be the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive, but it is reasonable and he provides fixed-pricing which he sticks to as long as scope doesn't change. He also pulls all necessary permits and has passed all inspections with flying colors. Jon has now completed two projects for us. About 6 months ago, he installed new bathroom fans in 4 bathrooms and he recently installed an Electric Vehicle charger in our garage (along with a 60 AMP breaker to support it). I received a word-of-mouth recommendation from my neighbors who had Jon perform a much larger project which included significant re-wiring of their entire house, as well as a new breaker panel among other items. Another neighbor had Jon install a bathroom fan as well as some other work. They could not say enough good things about him and they were 100% right. I have nothing but praise for his work quality. I am one of those customers that likes to do a lot of research up front before I buy items for my house. We had an ongoing electrical issue with a circuit breaker which kept tripping, and outlets that…read morewere not working in two bathrooms. Two electricians came to fix this without success (though they were successful in helping me spend money without a resolution). Enter Felix Carrion. We discussed the issue, that the circuit breaker had been replaced twice, the wiring inspected twice, and that the outlets still did not work. About an hour later, Felix gave me the thumbs up, as he identified and fixed the issue. He said that there were two feeds going into one GFCI breaker, and one of the neutral wires was connected to the neutral bar, not the breaker. He then connected the neutral wire to the breaker, and my outlets have worked ever since. Thank you Felix!
