The Fremont Street has changed a lot over the time, I still remember my first visit here years ago prior to their renovations. The street is cleaner now, although still full of open bars and smokes in the air. I found it's quite impressive to explore its iconic Viva Vision Canopy, which is the world's largest LED screen covering five blocks throughout the pedestrian mall. I've learnt that the visual patterns most play every hour starting around sunset.

Fremont Street Experience is a whole different vibe compared to the Las Vegas Strip -- and honestly, that's what makes it fun. The energy here feels more chill, a little gritty in a classic Vegas way, and perfect if you just want to walk around with a drink in hand and soak in the chaos. There's always something happening. Live bands playing, street performers everywhere, people dancing, casinos lining the street, and just endless people-watching opportunities. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even do the zip line that runs above the crowd, which is pretty wild to watch even if you're not riding it yourself. Now... let me tell you about one of the more *interesting* Fremont moments. I took a picture with a couple of street performers wearing lingerie who were posing with tourists. They were super friendly at first and said they only accept donations. I had $40 cash on me, so I figured that would be more than fair. They already had three poses ready like it was a full photo routine. After the pictures, I handed them $20 each... and suddenly the mood changed. They told me it's actually $50 per person. Listen... I'm not paying $100 for three quick pictures on Fremont Street. I told them that's all the cash I had and kept it moving. Vegas hustle is real out here, so just a friendly heads up. Clarify the price *before* you take the photos. That little moment aside, Fremont Street is still a great time. Grab a drink, watch the live music, enjoy the performers, and embrace the slightly chaotic Vegas energy. Overall, it's a fun stop if you want a different Vegas experience outside of the Strip.

Fremont is always worth a trip when visiting Vegas. It's got that old Vegas vibe and a ton of entertainment. There's so much to see and do that everybody can find something. Then of course there's the light show and you could watch for hours. At one point we were even treated to fireworks (light show fireworks). Lots of vendors selling silly things, souvenir shops, street bars, food, a stage for a band, casinos, zip lining and more. Fremont has it all.

Always love the vibes here, totally different from the strip. My favorite is definitely the famous light show and all the artists. Fun and chill with your hoodie and sneakers. Definitely much cheaper on everything here comparing to the strip.

Lest just say you are going to see any and everything, the strip is more for the kids downtown is more adults as you be subject Vegas night life it's cool , if you have a vibe it will be a ride .

Hope, peace, joy and love this is what Christmas is about !

That spark of optimism and inspiration! Do you have it? We lack that! The energy and the confidence to continue so we set out to rediscover ourselves. We remember the importance of life and how we need to set aside other stuff sometimes. We must get out. The stimulation of Fremont Street is a must. The lights flicker all around you. Careful then someone will fly over you. There is nothing mundane here truly. Except the things that will make you smile and maybe some that will make you cry. Let's just be happy and laugh some . It's been years since I've gravitated towards Fremont! They have changed it so much! New all over. They have remade the old into better . Like really! The original is still here but nice and shiny. It's more simple down here that old world feel of Vegas. It's not crime ridden like it was either. That old pee smell is gone too . It more family friendly too. My children as young children grew up here and this was not a good place to bring them . This was their culture. It's gotten a lot better . Being a local we can see the difference and if your a local make a decision to come and see. The music, let it play. It's loud and then even more louder . The fun of the live music is that much more fun . Everyone is dancing. They can feel the rhythm and feel the sound as it flows through you. That wave of emotions and energy comes to life as you move and turn . Roll your hips and shoulders. The motions are an enchanting sensation. Let it fill you up. What's not to love about Fremont Street. The vibes of the neighborhood will lure you towards the main streets. The music is the heart and let it be your pulse as you shine .

I came to Vegas at least three times a year. And let me tell you I do not stay on the strip. Fremont has it all! Of course I always like to stay at Circa. We come every year for Super Bowl, and it never disappoints! From casinos that are right next to each other to all the restaurants. This is the place to stay! Don't mind the weirdos all around. It's always a great time people watching!

Brian H.

Hell yes ... this place is a lot of fun. Between the music- the people - they are half the fun to watch - and the Casinos - binions - it's a win. Do the zip line- do it all. They have lots of food choices . And be prepared to Elaine a little . You can get here easy from the bus line . Be sure to get the right bus back to the strip .

Emily N.

This is a must if visiting Vegas. Lots of street performers and just plain ole people watching. Lots of lights, music and the screen above plays with the music. This is easily accessible using the deuce bus.

Fremont Street is a must visit place in Las Vegas. I came here at night, and it felt like a blast on a budget. There's plenty of free attractions to enjoy. There's a huge screen that towers above the street, acting as a tent/cover. At night, there's a free light and sound show called Viva Vision. As I walked further down Fremont Street, there were also live performances. The lights were dazzling, but the sounds sure were loud. Note that this is a popular destination. There's a lot of people... and the parking garages I found all require payment. One way around it is to park at a casino, eat at their restaurant, and get parking validation.

Kyle H.

3.5 stars rounding up, it's touristy af, but who cares? The video screen that runs for two blocks is pretty incredible. We walked the whole thing and were lucky to find the BBQ place near the end, and caught a very run of the mill all girl cover band that I've seen the likes of a million times living in Chicago. But still, it was a nice diversion to hear live rock music while drinking the biggest beers in the world and seeing people zip line above it all. Not fancy, it's very crowded, and somewhat family friendly except we did see butts and boobs after 9pm of some troupe. Head down E. Fremont Street for more locals and their low riders, and a flame blowing Praying Mantis that bops to hip hop in real time. Be a tourist, it's Vegas.

Frank M.

I went during the day! One hour before car return. Had to speedwalk the whole thing (I don't advise that, you miss out). This HAS to be what Sonic Adventure had in mind when designing Casinopolis. It's not an eerie feel in the day, rather just like a park almost. Still, way better to walk through than the new Strip. The casinos are smoking allowed, and they do have older slots in them. Gift shops are GOOD tho, many items and reasonable prices.

Craig T.

Well it is true Las Vegas is showing a little sign of decline of business . I can see it myself spending time in Las Vegas in early October. Actually downtown and Fremont experience is busier than the strip because we all know lots of us Hawaii people go to Vegas ha ha . Hopefully they bring down prices and don't charge for everything . On the strip they charge for Valet so far the Boyd's property don't charge , but Golden Nugget , The 'D Circa all charge what a rip off . Everyone also charges resort fee . The room rate may be inexpensive but you get killed with the resort fees . After the pandemic Las Vegas is trying to recover their losses that's why .

No one will stop you.

Can you bring a child to Slotzilla without walking thru the debauchery? or is Slotzilla in the middle of it all?

Slotzilla is in the middle of it all. But during the day it is not too debauched.

Anyone been to Fremont experience at Christmas time?

No but i want to go

What happens after 9 pm the 1st Friday of the month?

Yes it's a special block party for that area they close down all the shops and everything you must be over 21 years of age to enter after certain time on first Fridays and security is very tight!

Where do you buy tickets?and are muggings often

You don't need tickets, it's free! And I've never heard of any muggings, it's very safe there.

Are dogs allowed on Fremont street?

Only from 5 a.m. until noon, and they must be on a leash three feet long or shorter. Doubt many businesses would allow dogs inside...

Free parking? At least within reasonable walking distance when you have a toddler. We're local but don't have ID's yet to get any free validation

There are some off the way street parking down past but the easiest thing will be to just park at The Plaza and literally your there.

The atmosphere inside is simply top notch, its themed head to toe and for me personally, I always love a place that's well themed. We went in without a reservation and they managed to squeeze us into a table, we were served by a very friendly waitress who had good recommendations and was overall very attentive. The drinks were all good, and thankfully they have non-alcoholic versions for many of their drinks. No complaints on any of them, they were exactly what we were looking for. I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. (And if you do like the vibe and come often, you can always get non tiki drinks cheaper.) Overall very very fun, wish we had come a little later because their was a band that was setting up and got maybe three songs in before we left, but they sounded pretty good!

The decor is beautiful, intriguing, and like I have entered a bar version of The Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland (but for adults). All around this place has so much to look at; it's amazing. Drinks are yummy and beautiful here. They even have a nice food menu where you can get some things like coconut shrimp to pair with your tropical drinks. They do have the famous Dole Whip here. They also have a happy hour during weekdays from 3-6 pm I think (don't quote me on this exactly LOL). It's often busy so if you want a table, I recommend making a reservation. Service is always nice and friendly. It's a beautiful place for a drink, to hangout with friends, or show someone while they are visiting Vegas. Best bar in town for decor!!!

The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a more intimate, sophisticated feel compared to larger Las Vegas clubs. It's a great option if you're looking for something stylish with a strong music and ambiance focus. The overall vibe is smooth and elevated -- great music, well-dressed crowd, and an atmosphere that feels exclusive without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting is the camera policy. The venue emphasizes a no-camera experience, which I understand is meant to maintain privacy and keep the focus on the moment. However, I did notice a few cameras out and about during the night, which made the policy feel a bit inconsistent. Not a major issue, but something that stood out. Overall, it's a great spot for a more refined night out in Las Vegas. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

The Pinky Room is a jazz/live band club located in the heart of the Bellagio - closer to the exit towards the Caesar's Palace walkway. We waited in line on a Saturday evening right when this opened. We were told that this was the second anniversary of the Pink Room, so it was reportedly abnormally busy with us having to wait about an hour and 10 minutes before getting in. There was no cover charge, but there is a bouncer checking over your outfit. We weren't told exactly what wasn't allowed but supposedly they will check (saw a lot of the bouncers looking at shoes in particular). Once you are in, you got a stamp in case you need to step out to grab food or go to the restroom which is not in the club. The bar is set to the far side of the club with the bar area and dance floor set for general attendees. Most of the area though is for reserved tables that require higher drink minimums. The bar at the beginning of the night was easy to get to but once the band came on, it was a tough battle getting a drink as a regular attendee since most of the patrons were really squished in that area trying to watch the band. The band itself that we saw was great with reportedly Bruno's brother on the drums. It was a fun time and the acoustics were pretty good. The mocktail I had also wasn't bad with drink prices being normal Vegas Strip pricing. Again, love the concept and love live bands. Just think this venue is super squished and doesn't make as much sense for a normal patron versus having a table.

We came on a Tuesday evening from 6-9pm. Not crowded though we didn't get the whole site exclusively. 2. It's actually hard to find inside Luxor, we didn't see any clear signs directing us there. The only pointer I found is that it's next to the food court. 3. The staff are super fun and nice. She helped us get drink orders (you can also place your order via the bar table), get food (mostly bar type of food, think fries, burgers, sliders, chicken wings, burritos), and even showed us how to play the games. 4. The games are not super novice games, a lot of them are self explanatory after you see the setup, it's moderately physical in some of them; for example, the jump house and duck game is definitely very physical, and the bullseye jump and stick also requires a lot of jumping. But there are other quiet games like matching shapes that require more of a team building. They also have slides that gave some of our teammates a good scream in the darkness. 5. They have a balloon room for photo and a photo booth, but the prompts are not that many: "adult player", "winner", "play dirty" are the ones we saw. 6. They don't have a locker for your stuff, so try to come in comfortable clothes and bring less. CJ offered to lock up my purse in the staff room as an alternative, but I'm not sure that offers to every walk in customer. 7. Yes, a waiver is required. I couldn't get it done online for some reason as the last page didn't refresh and I was stuck in the signature page. However, they somehow had me in their system when I showed up.
