I arrived 30 min early to the appointment. The next customer wasn't arrived yet. they offered me to perform the alignment right away. 2 guys were working on the car and completed the alignment within max of 20 min. Just when they were finishing, the next customer showed up. I was quite impressed by having 2 technicians on the car which speeded up the process. Fremont Alignment was very helpful and accommodating when I had a pressing issue with my car. I had an issue at America's Tire where my spare had been put on incorrectly and the techs there were unable to remove it. America's Tire recommended this place and called ahead to explain my situation. Fremont Alignment was awesome and ordered replacement parts for me before I even arrived, speeding up the process. They were able to do the entire repair in about 2-3 hours, the vast majority of which was waiting for parts to arrive. I was so grateful they were able to do a same day repair at a very reasonable price. Someone there even offered to drive me to Starbucks while I waited for the repair. I ultimately didn't take him up on it, but it was a very kind offer that I definitely would have accepted if my mom hadn't been able to pick me up. read more

Easy communication and scheduling right through the Yelp app. Got our minivan alignment corrected after I had to do some front end work, and I appreciate a shop that looks at all four wheels for a better price than many places charge just to work on the front end. Made an appointment over the phone call and the guy who took care of my request was super nice and friendly. I just told them to look at the steering wheel particularly that leans to the left. I learned of Fremont Alignment about 3 years ago, when the Fremont Costco Tire Shop provided a referral card when I purchased a set of tires. The next time I needed an alignment, I tried Fremont Alignment. They were far less expensive than other alignment shops I have used. Additionally, I didn't have to wait for hours. I was in and out in less than an hour. Since then (about 2015) I've taken all of my cars there. Today', I will try their windshield repair for the first time. This review is long overdue as I've been a regular and very satisfied customer. I'm a track junky and had my Porsche Cayman aligned by performance shops costing as much as $250. But the best alignment guy I know is Michael. It's the only thing he does day in and out and he has one of the best alignment racks. As long as you already know your specs, he'll get it done exactly and evenly on both sides. He'll match toe settings to the 100th. It's a great place for track junkies who want incremental adjustments without paying the price for a full alignment. Well, he only charges $69 for alignment anyway. He even charged me less for my stock Ford Focus RS because there's only a few settings that can be adjusted. I'm guilty of taking this place for granted. But what finally reminded me it deserves a great review is how Michael met me at his shop on an early Sunday morning. I was on my way to Sonoma for a track day when I felt something wrong with the steering. I emailed him as I turned back for home. He called and fixed the issue in time that I only missed the morning sessions. So I highly recommend Michael to gt3 and gt4 owners who sometimes pay as much as $350 for an old school string and mirrors method only to have it realigned the modern way. read more

Michael was great and new his stuff. Very polite. Greeted me as he was working on another car and told me he would be another 5min. After 5min, he apologized for having me wait 5min. He then asked why I came for an alignment. Explained it to him and he suggested it was probably my rotors and brakes and bot an alignment. 1st sign that he wasnt in it for the money, like most shops, and that he was interested in getting my issue resolved. He agreed to test drive and see. He found some slight veering and did the alignment. He explained everything he did and didnt do. Michael, was very swift in working on my truck's alignment (12-20-2017). He did a few road tests after the alignment to check if everything was in spec. He even had me look at the suspension (ball joints) and informed me that they will need replacing. Most places will just upsell you and tell you that you need something replaced without showing you. I always bring my Lexus here for an alignment. Same low price, but Michael always performs the alignment on the machine very well. You're free to watch and ask questions too (like if you see him go under the car to adjust/torque something suspension-wise). He goes over the readout with you and will even compare previous readouts you have as well. The guys sounds super tired all the time though but he's always nice and respectful. I didn't know why but I figure it's because residents in Fremont suck at driving so he gets good business but the risk of getting side-swiped by some person texting and crossing three lanes at once on 880 would tire anyone out lol. The shop is housed within Cosmic Automative (that's the sign you'll see from the parking lot, in case you are confused, like I was). Besides the low cost--cheaper than every place I've ever asked (even 50% off other places)--Michael is also very competent, careful, and customer oriented. * He works fast, so you don't have to wait long, unless someone else is ahead of you. * He goes above and beyond what I've seen other places do--he actually drives your car first to figure out what's up, makes the alignment, and then drive it again just to make sure. I was impressed. * He's precise, because he uses good equipment. * He pays attention to details. He actually noticed that my front struts needed replacement. He wasn't alarmist, which made me trust his recommendation (and he also doesn't even replace struts, so it's not like he's making money off it). * He puts his customers first, patiently explaining things (as other reviewers noted, he's soft-spoken), and even offered a very good discount for another alignment after I get the front struts replaced. I didn't even have to ask. Who wouldn't be impressed? He's my go-to person for alignment now, and I'll send everyone his way. I'm usually lazy in writing reviews, but after having done my car's (Honda Odyssey) wheel alignment with Michael, I can't help but to write this review. The shop usually closes at 7pm. I called Mike at 7:15p asking if he can take my car if I get there in 10 mins. In spite of that, Mike gladly agreed to take my car, and got my car on the rack no sooner I got there at the shop. The alignment was off, and was fixed in less than 30mins by him. But here's the story which made him earn my life-time business. No sooner I was driving my van back on freeway, I heard wired noises coming from my rear wheel, and to my surprise I realized that I had a total flat tire. Being not sure I actually called Mike to check if this had anything to do with the alignment. Even though most unlikely, he took my address and drove to the lot to take a look nevertheless. He then even helped me to put the spare tire all the way, and did it all with an ever helpful smile and least expectations for anything. I did offer him tip which too he very politely refused. He also checked the air pressure in my tires and ended up finding that one of my tires was at 20psi, not good. I ended up taking in my car to a tire shop to find out I had a hole in my tire.
