I was told I would need to reschedule the appointment! I am leaving the practice as this is not compassionate health care but just about time and billing. Melissa is particular is terrible in customer service. Dr Burns schedule is always full 6 months in advance. Staff has no interest in working out options if you need to see Dr. early. If a PCP is not available when you need him / her, what good is it? I'm now looking for recommendations for another good PCP in Morris Township where the office staff cares for the patients as much as the doctor.

That all changed once a friend recommended Dr. Merkle. I've only seen Dr. Merkle himself a few times during visits, as I usually see his Physician's Assistants or Nurse Practitioners (either Donna or Beth), but they are always on point and extremely helpful. I never have an issue getting an appointment (even same day!), and the whole office and staff are just wonderful. I generally just stick to my OB/GYN. I went to Dr. Davis' office for a new patient visit to established care. His office staff was incredibly friendly and they ran very very close to on time (I think he was maybe five or 10 minutes behind) and apologized profusely for being a couple minutes behind. He was kind, thorough, and very reassuring. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I felt he spent an incredibly appropriate amount of time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Another thing that I find unique about Dr. Davis is that he didn't push meds Down my throat right away, most doctors in his position would've opted to put me on medication immediately. Highly recommend Dr. Davis and his practice.

This rating is for the office, not the doctor himself…read more Dr. Krupp is a 5-star doctor but his office manager Jackie is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She was the one awful thing about having to go to this office the entire time I was there. Making appointments were painful. Dr. Krupp has been my doctor for many years. About a year ago he stopped taking my insurance so I had to go to another doctor. He now takes my insurance again and I was so excited to return. But Jackie tells me it is their policy once you leave you can never return. EVER. I did not want to stop seeing Dr. Krupp, but my insurance would not allow it. Had I known their policy I would not have had my records transferred. I should have been informed of this. She will not even let me speak to the doctor. I have referred so many people to this practice, but apparently she is the judge, jury and executioner in this place. I have not been this upset in a while. She took glee in telling me I could not return. Absolutely 100% an awful person.
