Here is where I have a problem .My burgers after over 2 hrs were undercooked, my fries were not good and also they had onion and lettuce when I requested no to both. I'm reasonable and I get that people make mistakes. But when I called to let them know no one would answer the phone. I called back like a day possably 2 and spoke with a very nice lady that informed me that the manager was not in but that she would get her the message and have her call me back. I waited a few days still not hearing from anyone I called back again. I explained the situation once again to another very nice lady and was assured someone would get back to me. No one did.

The service overall was 5 stars. My husband ordered the Chimi Grande, photo below. The chicken was bland and seemed like it was canned and the chorizo that was supposed to be in the chimi with the chicken was missing. He asked the waiter right away about the chorizo and the manager said "it goes on top" and brought a bowl of very old overcooked crumbly chorizo. It was inedible. The chipotle sauce was missing as well. I ordered the al a carte chile relleno. The pepper was old, and it was swimming in cheese sauce. Some might like that, but it was unbalanced to me. I also got a flauta. The chicken was very dry and tough, with virtually no seasoning that could be tasted. The dishes looked decent as you can see in the pics, but the food quality was not good enough. The chips were OK and I thought the salsa was pretty good. Margarita looked great, but had a strong mix taste. We actually did not finish our meal. I really hope they can make some improvements in the food quality, and if so I would go back someday.

The outside is very beautiful as well as the inside with big bright lights and chandeliers. Draft Kings is at the very back on the Casino where you cant miss it due to the huge TVs of sports being played. The sofas are very comfy and each sofa come with a small table to put your drink or food on. There was signs on each of the sofas displaying minimum of $10 a hour to sit and enjoy the game but it didnt really look like they were enforcing it much. The prices are decent for a casino with a full bar. I had my normal 2 shots uncle T chilled and the bartender asked me who the other shot was for I told him it was for me. I asked if I can just have a Double shot and he made it for me. I decided to sit in the sofa and just relax after sitting at the bar with casino slots in front of me. Through out the game I got hungry and asked the lady for a menu. She brought it to me and I went ahead and ordered the Tower of onion rings. About 45 minutes passed through and I still haven't received them. I asked her about the order and within 3 minutes she brought them to me. I grabbed the ring which right off the bat I noticed they were really cold and dug into the cold cheese sauce provided with the snack. I took 2 bites and told myself yea I better say something. I'm not the guy who really likes to complain due to working in food service but I felt this issue should be brought up. She gladly replaced them but something felt different this time she ended up bringing back the same dish as the original. I told her I think this is the same dish and she left and came back with the new batch from the kitchen. This round was good and crispy and the cheese said was nice and warm.
