I would not recommend Baldwin Driver Training. My instructor and the school made me feel like I…read morewould only need six hours of training and then I would be done. That is what my parents and I signed up for and expected. I did not expect that I would have to keep having lessons with my parents. Furthermore, the instructor was not explicit about the consequences of not getting a driver's license, beyond the obvious caveat of relying on other transportation. The instructor did not explain that many employers require a valid driver's license, and thus not getting one hampers the potential for job hires significantly.

According to her, the instructor was very patient and helpful, which is exactly what an anxious student needs. As a parent, though, it was frustrating. Trying to actually schedule in-car time can be a pain in the butt, and it seems clear they don't have any computerized records. It also seems they file by instructor name and class time, rather than by student, but that's a guess based on what they asked whenever I was trying to schedule things. The price is about the same as any other school in the area -- for my other kids I'm likely to check out other schools and see if their organization is a little more straightforward. (To be specific... I've been waiting a day for a call back once they "find" her records. Kid needs her car time to get her license, come on!)

I took 2 try's to get through the national part (nerves). Now awaiting the info to take the state certified test-the RE School for Success gave me all the paperwork and info and guided me through the process. I feel really good about the prep. Great speakers too!

So me and my cousin decided to pursue a second career in Real Estate and I was looking for classes…read morewhich would fit my schedule as well his and I came across their website. I was able to review their schedule, coverage and pay for it using PayPal online. Obviously I talked to them on the phone before making the payment to make sure they would take two more students. I think I called them day before the class start date and they were able to squeeze us in to their schedule. I took my first pre-licensing course here with my cousin and we had a very pleasant experience at their facility, educational material and teaching style. It was a long hike for me to drive down in weekend to attend these class but it was all worth it. Franky has around 20 years of experience in real estate so he was able to give us tons of real life examples as we went through the material which helped us understand the concept of real estate transaction and apply in in real life using the examples he shared with us. Obviously, he is a professional so he couldn't share the name or exact property but the scenarios were very helpful. He also explained that most people come in real estate for commission and what I got out of it was that if we don't have the passion to help people, we better develop that passion or we will be out of business soon enough. Realtor business is build on reputation and word of mouth. I am so glad I selected Real Estate School for Success as my first school to attend my "Pre-licensing" class because I got so much out of it apart for just credit and passing score.

If I could give this studio a ZERO star rating, I would. My fiancé and I started taking dance…read morelessons for our wedding. For the first couple of months, we really enjoyed the experience. Robert was amiable, accommodating, and patient. Unfortunately, our sessions were abruptly ended when Robert was demonstrating a move with a female teacher and I saw her hand graze over and behind her head. I said "this may sound stupid, but I don't want to mess up my hair on my wedding day." With that, Robert's disposition completely changed and he told the lady instructor "I don't give a s*!t what they do with their hands" and that he would no longer be choreographing the rest of our dance and that she would need to do it. (We had no connection with this woman.) After that, he said we should leave (an hour early) and that we could come back the following week. I told him that I was completely and utterly appalled at his behavior and lack of professionalism and that we would not be coming back at all. If the move didn't touch the hair as it appeared to where we were - no big deal. Even if I had said that I didn't like the look of that move or I didn't want to do it with no cause, it shouldn't matter - we are paying for the lessons. His answering machine says something to the effect that "dance is fun." Dance is NOT FUN when the instructor has clients leaving astounded and in tears. I cannot recommend more highly that you or anyone you know NOT attend this dance studio. Given the other choices in town, pick a different one to avoid the offensive experience and lack of decency we were afforded.
