I was quoted $250 in writing for my service which is what I been paying then got a call from a lady stating the price is almost double. I confirmed an appt with her verbally AND via text only to say I am not on the books. After a back and forth of pure shock of insults and unprofessionalism from her and Alan, I was sent a confirmation # for an appt. NOW I get cancelled on at 8pm on a Friday night because of an "emergency". I am a female and it's hard to find trustworthy people to deal with your vehicle. I am terrified this man has my address. Ladies beware. So disappointing to see such a great business decline so drastically. UPDATE! Carolina is his wife. The text says that HE can not work - Alan has several people working for him and has never come to service my car. Lastly I just spoke to 4 of my friends who have upcoming appointments with Alan and none of them have ever spoke to Caroline and has not been cancelled on due to this fake emergency. Never let your partners jealousy ruin your business. UPDATE! Several of my friends use this service and have upcoming appointments and will take pictures of their service. He has no condition and can definitely work. Anyone who books this company will receive service except me. If you look under the many 1star reviews - he does this OFTEN!! This man and his wife all of a sudden double the prices and communicates like a low level company. Just go to jiffy lube - this company is not honest and will frustrate you.

I also go here regularly for my routine tune-ups. One important thing I do want to mention: I once made an appointment to get my brakes done, but Avo was out that day. One of the employee mechanics tried to charge me way more than the normal ballpark price and was pressuring me to get the work done right away. I knew roughly what it should cost, so I decided to hold off and picked up my car. When I spoke to Avo about it, he apologized and explained that his employees are skilled at working on cars but aren't always good at quoting prices. He even offered my next tune-up on him, which I really appreciated. Since then, I haven't had any issues. Because of that experience, I strongly recommend asking specifically for Avo -- he's the owner. John took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, spending a couple of hours checking everything to find the real cause. He called me back, explained that a sensor needed replacement, and ordered a genuine Hyundai part to fix it. He also noticed that my previous oil change had overfilled the oil, so he drained some to bring it to the proper level, and he fixed the engine cover that wasn't clipped properly.
