It was in both standard and another coating one. I went to check it out. The place is pretty big. They have a lot of merchandise. The handgun and rifle section is really big. The register is at the entrance of the store and I was greeted by the clerk. He told me the rifles were in the back. I went to the back and they are on a number system. So grab a ticket and look around. So much stuff to look at. Just in the gun section was ammo, magazines, parts and so much more. It really is a nice store. I only waited a few minutes and my number was called. It was pretty busy since it was a Saturday. The guy had to look for the rifle I wanted but I told them it was in stock since I had called earlier. He found it in the back and it was on sale. Great price. SO the paperwork is standard to purchase a firearm but each store takes their time so as not to make any mistakes. The process here was pretty fast compared to other dealers. I was happy. I will definitely be watching their sales to get some good deals on merchandise. Good service here.

No wait was needed to take the test, so after walking in, I told the young lady at the counter who I paid the fee to. And another gentleman got me setup quickly. The test took me maybe 15 minutesband then I was good to go to where the firearm selection area is. To get the rest of my paperwork done for my new FSC card, and to start the DROS process to get my new firearm after the wait period. The first lady I talked to and paid the FasC fee with, helped me with the whole process. And all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful, throughout every step; making everything as smooth as possible. As far as firearms, while waiting to complete the DROS, I noticed Turner's seemed to have a good selection of pistols and long guns. So after my pickup wait period, I might spend a little more time looking at what they have. They also had a decent amount of accessories too for your own builds and or upgrades.

There are not always for sale at the shop, only once in awhile, when she makes them at home and drop them off. You have to check her page to see when she's delivering. Luckily, on the day I went, there was still a good selection of chocolate bars. I got 2 Vietnamese Coffee, cookie butter, pistachio, and pandan. Most of the chocolate bars were $10, except a few special flavors, including the pandan, which was $12. She'll always make a few special flavors and on that day the special was durian. Great customer service! Ron was running the shop and he was very friendly and personable. He was enthusiastic and talkative. Other than the chocolates, Romeo's Bait and Tackle is a great little shop for fishing supplies, bait & tackle, and all your neighborhood liquor store needs. Nice shop with great service.

We came early when the store pretty much opened like 6 AM? Normally they open early for the fishermen anyway who needs supplies which is convenient. My wife followed nuocmamafoods on IG so that's how she knew when to arrive. Price may seem expensive but you do receive tasty treats. It's too bad we can't eat these all the time. Fortunately we were able to share with our families during the holidays so they were gone in a split second! Woohoo! Nuocmamafoods also dropped mosquito repellent which my wife picked up as well. We just haven't gotten around to using it yet. Probably early warm spring:-)))

Then, while he continued on with his guests, I pass by the counter of 1911s to give him a nod, not trying to interrupt, to which he then proceeds to talk smack about me to his guests as I kindly pass by the pistols, saying something along the lines of "don't mind the browsers or lookers, just windowshopping" Then while getting my background checked for an ar lower by a shorter, more soft-spoken gentleman, the lead guy goes on and boasts to a customer on my left about his background in the military with a Riley AK in hand. He then finished up and cracks a dry joke to his colleague in the middle of our transaction. When I butt in for a good reaction, ended up getting stiffed as no one acknowledged anything I said unless it was strictly business. I got through it and plan on shopping there despite the unnecessary practices because they got good stuff. I get if it was slightly busy, but I don't know what it is about me walking into a gun shop, actually do business, and being treated as though I don't belong there. I'm straight to the point and love guns like the next guy there and was just looking for a new regular spot because the Turners staff on Florin road switched up on me the past two visits with poor, poor service. I wouldn't suggest coming here and expecting a warm welcome if you're a guy under 40, while looking tired, trying to mind your own business and still have the power to draw in grown men, trying to flex all over you for no good reason.

I stopped by Abel Air on Florin Road to pick up lunch and pick up a few sale items…read more The ready made chinese food is popular at this Bel Air because this store provides both the regular AND skinny noodle chow mein. My timing wasn't very good though because half the entree items were empty (mandarin chicken, teriyaki chicken, etc). The few entrees that were available were dried out so I got the skinny noodle chow mein with two pieces of fried chicken, instead of two entrees for the same price. The chow mein and chicken was dry too, and the skin and outer layer of the chicken was hard to chew through. I have to give them a pass though because I did go at 1:00, the end of the lunch rush, and there were guests visiting the kitchen at the time, and probably not able to cook to refill. While walking through the store to pick up great sale deals, i didn't pick up much, because the sale prices were not updated in front of the items. At first, i questioned whether certain items were even on sale this week. But the few items I picked up actually scanned with the sale price, so I suggest to make a list of those sale items before you go.

My total was $19.30, which I paid in full. Before I could even return my basket, an employee named Jason approached me, laughed, and accused me of stealing the bananas as well as taking a bag without paying. These accusations were completely false and extremely disrespectful. I immediately stopped and confronted him, explaining that I do not take anything I don't pay for. I even removed every item from my bag to show him. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Jason told me to "just take everything," which I refused. I then requested a full refund due to how I was treated. Jason attempted to send me to another cashier, and when I insisted he process the refund himself, he claimed he could not because he needed to weigh the bananas. When I asked what that had to do with refunding the entire purchase, he ran to another cashier and tried to make it seem as though I only wanted to pay the difference for "organic bananas." This was untrue and shifted the issue onto another employee. I spoke with the night manager afterward and informed them that I would be filing a formal complaint. I have been many things in my life, but a thief is not one of them. Being falsely accused -- and laughed at -- was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. How can you accuse someone of being a thief and want Them to leave the store with products you stated I didn't pay for?
