I appreciate the entire staffs patience with allowing me to purchase one item for $24.99 a pretty good value for a leather belt. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. One of the trips was the best fluke fishing I have ever been involved in, with both big fish and a large number of fish being caught. Capt. Mike made good use of his knowledge of the fishing grounds and his array of electronics to put us on the fish time after time. On one of the trips I was fishing with two young cousins and Capt Mike and the mate were very patient with the boys, showing them how to fish and making it a great day for all. The envelope included a notice indicating the contents had been damaged in shipping and could not be delivered. The remaining packaging clearly showed both Eppy's return address and my shipping address. I emailed the sales address listed on the company's website along with photos and received no response. After several weeks, I called and was given two additional email addresses to contact. I sent the requested information to both addresses and again received no response. After another week, I sent a follow-up email. Once again, no reply. At this point, the missing item is no longer the issue. Shipping problems happen, and I understand that. My problem is the complete lack of customer service and communication. Over the course of several weeks, multiple emails, and a phone call, I could not get anyone to acknowledge the problem or respond in any way. The value of the item is insignificant compared to the amount of time wasted trying to get a simple response. Today 5/29/26 after posting review, I started getting communications. After several back and forth emails we determined what the item was. It was ordered on 3/11/26 and was lost in USPS land for two months before I received the letter saying contents lost in shipping and not delivered. Once started getting communication back and forth, we identified the item that was shipped and things worked as they should.
