Honestly I'm torn here. When I went in for my services the girl at the desk was awesome, the nurse…read morewho helped me was awesome. I'd give 5 stars based on that. But then they didn't bill my insurance despite getting my insurance card. Instead sent me a bill for $1,000. I called, they told me I didn't have insurance. When I explained the girl took a scan of my card, she then said they had my card and it just must not have been billed. No problem, mistakes happen. Then my Dr calls me a week later to tell me he got some results, but he only got 1 lab result out of the 17 that were ordered. Again, maybe a mishap. I can overlook that. My problem is when I called to find out why my Dr wasn't getting all of the results, I got attitude from the woman on the line. That's where I have the problem and hence the stars in my review. I did nothing wrong. Nor did my doctor. But to give me attitude because I'm asking where the results are (that you incorrectly billed me $1000 for) is ridiculous. Please enlighten me on what I did wrong to deserve attitude. Don't worry, I'll wait.

I hesitated for a few years to go back to one of the 'bigger' health care groups in my area but now…read moreI'm really glad I did. This location is a trifle out of the way, but the staff and service make up for that minor inconvenience. I was checked in efficiently by friendly front office folks, and did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time to be ushered to an exam room. My new doctor took her time going over my information and history, never rushing me or treating me as an annoyance, and by the time I left we had outlined a plan and settled on referrals to follow up on my needs. As an adult, I did not want a family practice doctor as my PCP, by choosing an internist I am not forced to sit in a waiting room full of sick kids or littered with toys and such. This is a plus if you are like me.

HIGHLY recommend!!…read more I was referred from VA because my hearing aids stopped working. I was referred to the community as this is how VA works. My first visit was very informative! Tosha reviewed how important it is to wear hearing aids because it will diminish the exposure to dementia. There was so much helpful information she shared that I didn't receive when I first was issued hearing aids five years ago. I was provided temporary hearing aids which were awesome. I went to Trader Joe's after my appointment with temporary hearing aids. I could hear conversations from the next aisle. It was crazy overload but cool. I think my first hearing aids never worked correctly. When my new hearing aids arrived, I was provided information how to use them in detail. Within days though, my hearing aids would go off and on so I returned to the office. Tosha made some tech adjustments on my cell. FYI, each cell is different so be patient and tinker with it. Overall experience is a FIVE star plus!! I'm so happy I can hear now and I wear them all day. Thank you.

For those who have cochlear implants: Dr Strickland wants to charge hundreds extra for services…read morethat are billed to insurance with codes that insurance will not cover. This equates to HUNDREDS out of pocket for the patient. My son has cochlear implants and she is the only doctor that will reprogram them for pediatric patients in the treasure valley so her office literally told me "she wants to be paid for her extra training" in this procedure. What I have learned: Even if it is out-of-network, you can have the office contact your insurance for a "network deficiency" form and the insurance company will allow your out-of-network provider be billed as in-network. We went to Luke's by doing that and everything was covered by insurance.

They go out of their way to make a very stressful and emotional journey as smooth as possible. Every time we've had questions they were answered the same day. I really feel like they monitor me very closely and make adjustments and tweaks to our treatment to get the best outcome possible. Although many couples receive similar treatment protocols in IVF, I've never felt like my care was lumped into a mass protocol; it's always felt customized for my unique needs. Dr. Slater is calm and professional without giving you that cold and detached attitude so common in medicine. She really has a way of putting us at ease, even when delivering not-so-great news. She gives you straight answers and is very respectful of how difficult it all can be. She is truly approachable and really knows her stuff. Every single member of the staff has been kind. There is not a person there that isn't a total class-act. I hate when staff at doctors' offices seem fake friendly, and that is NOT what you get at ICRM. There's a few extra perky types, a few sarcastic humor types, a couple of quiet types and everything in between...and it totally works. They're a terrific team!
