Ok, where do I begin?! Back in high school I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I learned then that…read moremost doctors don't believe in things they don't understand; and they would rather insist "everything is OK" than take the time to figure out the mystery. So you can imagine my surprise when I met Dr. Vance. I went in for a small problem, and then quickly realized that he could solve the issues that I had grown so accustomed to I didn't even think they could be changed. That's right! I had given up on experiencing any kind of change with things like: energy level, moods, sleeplessness, immune system. Right away, Dr. Vance suggested we try tackling some of the bigger problems. I was skeptical, but had nothing to lose--so I said, "Sure, why not!" -Months later, I've got my energy back. -I don't get sick all the time--and if I do catch a bug, it's NBD. -I'm sleeping!! And waking up ready for the day! -I'm in control of my moods, instead of the other way around! ;) Dr. Vance uses a myriad of techniques to address symptoms. He uses lab reports as a starting point, but is more concerned about how the patient FEELS and FUNCTIONS than the numbers on a chart. Dr. Vance has educated me throughout the process, so I know exactly what's going on and why, and I know how to adjust protocols to fix any new problems. WHAT?! Dr. Vance explains information simply, without pretending he's the only one in the room smart enough to understand it! The facility is easy to find, conveniently located, offers plenty of parking, and the support staff is fantastic. Thank you so much, Dr. Vance! You're a Game Changer for your patients!

He then belittled all the patients she had supported, had zero bedside manner, won't listen to patients well being and is arrogant. He does not care about the patients and runs it like a shoddy 3rd rate money grab. He has zero skills in endocrinology and pushes it all off to assistants, he doesn't even stay in the room during your visit. Run away from this practice.

Turns out I had a pinched nerve in my back that rendered walking almost impossible. When I arrived, Desi saw my husband and me struggling to get into the clinic. She came out with a wheelchair to get me into the office. Scott Malm spent almost an hour with me. He was thorough in his exam and offered encouragement that this would get better.
