I was not pleased that I had to buy new battery less than a week i get it back after being told it was charged constantly; and I had a problem with the after market parts causing it to breakdown AGAIN after getting it in less than two months leaving me stranded over 2 hours from home thinking i had quality parts specifically for the "ultimate driving experience" but ....NOT. Extremely frustrating and scary to think your property and your life is taken for granted over a few hundred bucks! Really could have been a life altering experience had I not decided to get in busy interstate traffic but stopped at a store first! Loyalty and integrity counts! A person word was once all that was needed especially when they are paid to do certified/"specialty" work and think it's ok to put your life in danger for a quick paycheck. Wouldn't get another opportunity; even though He did ask. Period. Totally. Never again.

I arrived frustrated and felt raked over the coals by multiple places before arriving at Specialty Paint & Body. To say I wasn't in the mood to be haggled on on labor was an understatement, and I had already braced myself for another unpleasant experience. Chris and Nick were kind, patient, and spent a great deal of time looking at my vehicle with me. They didn't have a "salesy" tactic that we all dread when going to a body shop. I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought brand new. Unfortunately, a leak in my trunk caused my trunk and back seats to flood with water as it rained heavy the night before. Before agreeing to any work, they refereed me back to the Ford dealership to see if i could get the issue fixed under warranty. Chris and Nick were looking out for my interest and I appreciate that. I went to the Ford dealership hoping they could help, considering the issue isn't a result of an accident. My mileage was 36,020 on my odometer. Ford told me there is nothing they could do under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. ONLY 20 miles over! They wanted to charge an egregious labor price so I left. I returned to Specialty Paint & Body after leaving Ford upset. While visiting Specialty Paint & Body and working with Chris and Nick, I was treated like a friend. We were able to quickly diagnose the leak and they were able to fix it. The attention to detail and customer service that I experienced was non-comparable to any body shop I have ever been to in the past. I will absolutely be coming back for all my body shop needs. Thank you Chris and Nick.

I looked on online for a brake repair shop in Athens (thinking we could make it that far). God had other plans as Spikes kept populating (way closer). We called and they said they could get us in and out same day. Once we arrived they found a spot for us to park the travel trailer and even let us run an extension cord to assist with power. We had our 14 year old cat with us so having the RV powered for air and comfort was a blessing. They got the parts ordered, kept us abreast with all issues found and had us back on the road approximately 4 hours later. They went way above and beyond providing snacks, rotating the tires and even cleaning the floor mats! Great people and awesome service. Thank you Spikes!
