The owner and General Manger was nice enough to even donate tickets to a boy scout troop at one of the Cal Lutheran Location Games for free. The food and drinks were great--the Dodger Dogs, nachos, and draft beer were all delicious, even if the beer was a bit pricey. The stadium staff were also very friendly, and to top it off, the Dodgers won! Getting the Shohei Ohtani bobblehead was another major highlight. However, there were a few issues that need improvement: Sudden Schedule Change: When we originally bought our tickets, the game was scheduled for the evening. The time was changed to a day game just 10 days before the event. Sitting in direct sunlight without any shade during the hottest part of the day was extremely uncomfortable. Shade didn't reach our seats until near the very end of the game. Security Lines: The security line to enter the stadium was way too long and moved very slowly. Standing outside in the scorching heat for that long was miserable and potentially dangerous. Overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating the win and enjoying the overall ballpark atmosphere, but the entry process and lack of shade mitigation during last-minute day games definitely need to be addressed.

Family and friends changing 4 would better accommodate my situation. I also paid the $1000 for tailgating parking. Each of the last 4 years I tried to add a seat. I was told none were available. My friend who is in the army and stationed in Germany called to get tickets 2 years ago and the Chargers sold him 4 tickets better than mine for less. I mentioned this to my so called rep with the Chargers and said there are different tickets but would not provide details. Why as a customer am I getting treated different. I was born in SD in a military family. Why I am a Charger fan. This year I expressly stated I would not renew unless I could get a 4th seat. I had friends call to buy 4 tickets and they were told no problem. I was told to wait for relocation time. Relocation time I got an email stating I can move my 3 tickets but if I wanted to add or remove tickets I needed to call. I called and they saw the 4 years of my calls and requests. I was told they had to talk with the lead staff to see what they could do. After a long hold the Chargers stated since I sold some of my tickets the last few seasons they would not sell me a fourth ticket. I can not in recommend doing business with the Chargers. I don't know the schedule when the games are. I don't know where I will be or if you will flex tickets that we planned for. Most importantly you can't sell these tickets you greedy tool. NFL take note and get new leadership here. You lost a 20 year ticket holder because I asked to buy an extra seat! You must be stupid.

I don't understand the series of negative reviews about the owner from a few months ago. My experiences have been positive and haven't once felt like he wasn't willing to help educate. I'm sure it is a tough gig having customers with varying levels of knowledge and experience. He has been super helpful and I'm stoked to have a local shop to support who provides more value than other options online.
