Neil went above and beyond and ensured that my first-time home purchase was successful. He and his team ensured that the transaction went smoothly. Most importantly, they were ALWAYS available, whether that was by phone or email. We had zero issues with communication, and even my realtor expressed how easy it was to communicate with the lender (Neil). When it came to rates, especially in this current market, Neil went beyond what most lenders would do, kept me updated with rates, and explained everything in detail. My experience was positive in a huge part thanks to him and his team because I was reassured throughout the entire process and received the correct information every single time. There were zero mishaps, and Neil was there to reassure me and give me options when an issue arose with my homeowner's insurance. I cannot express enough how important it was to have a lender that was great at communication and made decisions that were in my favor and considered my best interests, and Neil did just that.
