They had some great suggestions on preventive maintenance we could do in the future. Then Victor and his son came and did the repairs. They are so professional and super friendly and the results were fantastic. It looks as perfect as the day it was originally done. You cannot tell that any patch work was done at all. And in typical Exceptional One style, they went beyond the list that I prepared and corrected things that I missed. I am sitting here looking at it now and could not be happier. I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

This is a very good local company. We had them replace the roof on our shed, including some of the…read moreboards that had rotten through. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes and the work their crew performed was very good. The only issue we had were the roofing nails sticking out of the boards on the roof in the front and back of the shed. We were concerned that we might hurt ourselves painting. Representatives came out and clipped the end of the nails off and pounded the remaining parts back a little bit. They showed us that they really care about their work and customers. We definitely recommend them for work and would use them again.
