I do not recommend this car wash unless you want poor service and a partially cleaned car. Even paying for the additional hand dry and tire clean still isn't enough or sufficient. The kids working here don't know the value of "customer service" and treat customers any type of way. They shouldn't be in a "service" type job. Even after I tipped the young man who hand dried my car, I asked him to dry the door seals and he told me they don't do that with hand dry service. (I was never offered any other service that includes it, if so, I would've paid for it.) I proceeded to ask him for a towel so that I could dry the door seals. (Why wash your car and have water running down the panels from wet door seals??) Shortly after, a rude kid came out to the bay asking me was I getting ready to move. How rude! As if I didn't pay additional for the additional service AND tipped for a poor job. The girl cleaning my tires and wheels didn't do a good job at all; she left the contents on my wheels. My tire was wrecked. The valve stem was ripped off. I was not warned upon checking in about a valve stem issue. Freedom flex will not take any responsibility for my missed appointment visit, the fee I will have to pay, the replacement of my tire, or the towing. I warn you all not to use this car wash. Have visited this car wash several times and each time never enough employees to do what is paid for. If you purchase the most expensive car wash option, should include, before your car goes through the automatic washer, a little scrubbing pre washing with the long handled brush. One side got half done, other side never touched. An employee told me not enough employees to do that. I have also observed other cars getting pre washed and always not done like other places. A light brush over at best. I was hoping would get better so reason revisited several times. This is the closest one to me so hoping improves. read more

I'm retired Air Force and veteran. I'm leary of businesses using veterans to promote their business. In fact, unless they are donating a good portion of their earnings to veteran approved charities they should keep veteran wording out of their marketing and business model. Still, I stopped by and had my car washed. Since it's brand new it gave a decent wash. As others have mentioned the vacuum area is usually busy and not large enough to handle the traffic. They probably should have purchased a larger footprint when they began construction because it gets crowded and can be confusing to newcomers. I usually drive by it when I am considering a wash because of the congestion. In the end, if you have a great product or service it sells itself and you will do well. Ditch the "veteran owned" and other "flag waving" patriotic nonsense. It's just a car wash. read more

This location seems to be busy no matter what day of the week it is. You can expect to wait at least 10 minutes before your car gets washed, and the price is a bit higher than other locations so it doesn't quite seem worth it. The car wash itself was pretty good. I can't comment on the vacuums since the wait took so long that I didn't have time to use it. read more

Often after a wash, the grill and trunk area remain dirty...or not as clean as they should be. I have the VIP package which includes hand-drying & tire shine. I was one of their first customers. We have the VIP package for both of our vehicles. When it first opened it was great. However the past few weeks I have had my vehicle washed there it doesn't even get cleaned. They only pre wash the drivers side. They no longer seem to get the bugs off. Today the passenger side windshield didn't get cleaned. Forget the "VIP" drying. They spent approximately 3 minutes drying the front and sides. And they only put tire dressing on the drivers side. Don't say that you are going to do something and then not do it. As a veteran I always try to support veteran businesses however Freedom Flex is no longer living up to the standards that they once did. read more

Looking for a decent car wash, Freedom Flex sounded good online And gave them a try. Disappointment is an understatement. The kiosk is not intuitive or user friendly. It does not tell you when, or if, the transaction is complete. i selected the Freedom Plus package and beside removing the road dust, I couldn't tell that the truck was washed at all. I just fired them. They have a very young man that treated us with a serious attitude. I asked him not to start, for I just got a new vehicle and I was having trouble with a new type of gear shift to place it in neutral. He went on and started it. Once the manager came out after a battle of words with this employee, he lied to the manger and told him I said to go ahead and start the wash drive. As I was going through this wash, the entire car wash shut down and I was guided out of the conveyer by a staff member who visually and audibly heard my rims being damaged as I was reversing. Once I was out of the building, I got out of my car and saw the deep scratches on my rims. When the incident was brought to the owner's attention, he made claims from extremely blurry footage that all of the damage was already there! Just moved to the area, and was glad to see a car wash down the road from where I live. Plus it's Veteran owned! So I signed up for the monthly membership, and unfortunately I have only been able to use it once. Which was the day I signed up. Every time I go there it's shut down because a chain is broke. The employees are frustrated and even recommended I cancel my membership because the owner only wants to temporarily fix it rather than have it repaired properly. It's disappointing to leave a fellow veteran's company a negative review, but it was necessary. read more

Very poor service... twice. I was discouraged regarding interior washing each time, which is exactly what I go for in the first place. Also, each time there was still visible debris on the outside of my vehicle. There is no inspection at the end of the wash to make sure that your vehicle has been properly cleaned. I had to solicit assistance with the debris that was left on my door shown in the picture. The staff did not seem to care and more readily came up with excuses than initiative to even inspect the issue. It's just unreliable and certainly not the best value. Finish Line in McKinney is an immensely better option despite the 20 minute drive. read more
