I to this day still have no received my refund nor have a received a email reply. I have called his office multiple times but I am getting no call back. Very disappointed. Not a place I would recommend for someone to go. I didn't know it would be that hard to see that my wife goes through seeing people with Covid and putting her life on the line, and Peter can't even give us our refund. So sad.

There is plenty of parking and the class is held in a room that is very well-lit, comfortable, clean, with lots of visuals and information posted and... coffee and snacks! I had no expectations because I had absolutely no idea what to expect and didn't know anything about guns or ammo. I can honestly say that after this class, I feel very comfortable and am much more knowledgeable. Lisa and Matt are passionate about what they do and are very well-versed on all topics related to shooting, with safety above all else. The indoor shorting range we went to after i took the written test, is about an 8 minute drive. I was filled with nervous excitement, but once we started shooting, I only felt excitement because I felt really prepared! I walked through every step each time. Lisa and Matt offered lots of great advice based on their experience, and I'm grateful to have found them and this class. I was an expert rifleman, in the Marine Corps, but lousy using an issued 45 caliber pistol and I hadn't fired a firearm since I was discharged in 1965. I discovered that pistols, now, are a lot more accurate compared to the 'Blunderbus' I was issued. Actually, I was 'right on' due to the great lessons I received at Bullseye of Durham. I would not recommend this school. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from…read morestart to finish. The instructors are unreliable. On multiple occasions, we were left waiting for over 45 minutes because of poor communication or lateness. There is no proper office system, everything is handled through text messages, and you only seem to get a response when it's time to make a payment. We tried to get information about my child's classes starting in October, but no one followed up until January, and even then the information was vague and unhelpful. Because of this lack of guidance, my child ended up having to retake all the classes. Shortly after, we received an email saying students were not completing the correct work, which reflects poorly on the school's organization and instruction. To make matters worse, after paying $650 for classes and an additional $125 for the road test, we were surprised to find out we still had to pay the DMV $84 for the license. The school did not clearly explain that their fee only covered the use of their car and administering the test. Overall, the lack of communication, disorganization, and hidden costs made this a very negative experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
