If you buy from here, pray you don't have a quality control issue, because once they have your money, they might stop talking to you.

Email responses are faster than any manufacturer I've dealt with prior, and out of more parts than I can count and numerous orders, NDZ has been nothing short of perfect. Below you will see a packing slip that is written on by hand by an American who took the time to check every single order for accuracy and completion. Not to mention they accomplish that every time within 1-2 business days at the most, often same day. Their inventory has always been correct and even had multiple options, and the quality of their parts has not failed through thousands of rounds through different builds. Every one of my orders shipped within 2 business days and was validated by an American in Connecticut. I cannot speak to whomever has had a negative experience, however I have had too many positive ones to not speak out to how they have conducted their business with me. The staff there is happy to give guidance and help any way they can. Probably should mention that all of this is accomplished while still keeping pricing at or below industry standard. I will not be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future for the products I order from them because they have proven they will not let me down and care about every single customer. I guarantee you if you place an order with them you will see the same experience as I am just a random guy that placed an order and kept coming back. Jojo's did front strap checkering, Novak cut Trijicons, beavertail, blended magwell, thumb safety and a world class trigger job. It's my favorite pistol now and even new shooters do well with it even though it's a .45. CT sucks for guns, but at least we have Jojo's. If you're itching for a new gun, consider taking one you already have, even if it's plastic and having JoJo's bring it to its highest form.

Brought the gun back and they checked several possibilities. adjusted the scope rings and bore sighted it. Went back and fired it again still had issues. Went back to have it looked at again. There is plenty of parking and the class is held in a room that is very well-lit, comfortable, clean, with lots of visuals and information posted and... coffee and snacks! I had no expectations because I had absolutely no idea what to expect and didn't know anything about guns or ammo. I can honestly say that after this class, I feel very comfortable and am much more knowledgeable. Lisa and Matt are passionate about what they do and are very well-versed on all topics related to shooting, with safety above all else. The indoor shorting range we went to after i took the written test, is about an 8 minute drive. I was filled with nervous excitement, but once we started shooting, I only felt excitement because I felt really prepared! I walked through every step each time. Lisa and Matt offered lots of great advice based on their experience, and I'm grateful to have found them and this class. They offer a variety of classes and I plan to continue my education through them.

However recently I had to deal with the parts department on a very simple part . Was told the part was being ordered and I would be contacted when it was available. Over the past month and a half. I left two messages regarding this and never received a call back. Finally got a hold of the parts department and was told that the part was discontinued and that's why I never got a call. To me that is not acceptable customer service. On top of that the person I spoke to in the parts department was extremely rude and condescending. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled and as a loyal customer would expect more from a small family business.
