I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Aspire and Dr. Singh! Having experienced other…read moreconcierge medical practices, I can confidently say they fall incredibly short in comparison. Aspire has completely redefined what I believe healthcare should look and feel like. After more than two years of navigating complex health challenges, I had honestly started losing faith in the medical system. I was spending countless hours researching my own symptoms, advocating for myself, requesting tests, and trying to piece together my care. For the first time in years, I finally feel like I have a physician and an entire team who are managing my health with the same level of attention and commitment I have always given it myself. Dr. Singh is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and, perhaps most importantly, she listens and believes her patients. She takes the time to understand not just your medical history, but the bigger picture of your health, lifestyle, and concerns. She educates you along the way, welcomes questions, and encourages collaboration. As someone who is very proactive and informed about my health, I appreciate having a physician who is willing to explore different approaches and explain her reasoning rather than simply dictate a treatment plan. Her attention to detail is remarkable. From the comprehensive initial intake to the extensive laboratory testing, she investigated markers I had spent years wanting other physicians to explore, along with others I hadn't even considered. I have tremendous confidence in her care plans because they are thoughtful, individualized, and realistic. If you have medication sensitivities or concerns about a treatment, she doesn't dismiss them. She listens, considers alternatives, and finds a way forward that actually works for you. Her entire team deserves just as much recognition, especially her virtual medical coordinators. They are incredibly attentive, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in keeping you on track. They follow up, answer questions, coordinate care, and remind me of things that even I sometimes lose track of. What impresses me most is that their support often extends beyond matters handled directly by their office. There is a level of continuity and personal attention that reminds me of old-school medicine, when your primary care physician was truly the central point of your healthcare, overseeing the bigger picture instead of leaving patients to navigate everything themselves. Even when Dr. Singh is unavailable, I never feel unsupported. I also deeply appreciate her willingness to collaborate with my outside healthcare providers, including my nutritionist. That kind of coordinated approach is something I had been searching for and rarely experienced elsewhere. Aspire is worth every penny. There is an enormous difference between simply having access to a doctor and having an entire team genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. After years of feeling like I had to fight to be heard and manage everything myself, I finally feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Singh and the Aspire team have restored my faith in healthcare, and that is something I don't take lightly. This is what medicine should be, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Not what advertised on website: " We use antibiotics when necessary, conservative measures often,…read moreare proponents of early intervention for education and therapies as indicated, and support vaccination in the best interest of your child's health." This sounds like a preventative, holistic approach to healthcare- only using antibiotics when necessary AND support vaccination in the best interest of YOUR child's health. This needs to be reworded. They are not holistic, but rather trying to capitalize on the "trendiness" of the appearance of being conservative with antibotics. AND the vaccination policy is not in the best interest of YOUR child or individualized but rather they apply the old CDC guidelines with no exceptions. No flexibility in timeline or selection of vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they presented themselves on their website and when you google search "holistic" pediatricians they are at the top of the search. meaning, they probably paid for the search engine optimization to pull them when searching for holistic.

There are doctors who do their job, and then there are doctors like Dr. Bayer, who walk beside you…read morethrough the unimaginable. From the very beginning of my daughter's journey, Dr. Bayer has been a steady, compassionate, and proactive presence in our lives. She takes every concern seriously and acts swiftly and because of her and her staff's competency, attentiveness and persistence, we were guided down the path that led to an early diagnosis, a fighting chance, and ultimately a healing. This office, being the first point of contact in my daughter's diagnosis helped save my daughter's life! Dr. Bayer didn't just care for my daughter, she cared for our entire family. She checked on us even when it wasn't required. Dr. Bayer and the staff that she leads encouraged us, prayed for us, and celebrated each milestone right alongside us. When the weight of the world was on our shoulders, they helped carry it. Her medical wisdom is undeniable, but what sets her apart is her heart. She truly treats her patients like they are her own. Palm Peds doesn't just care for you during clinic hours, as my daughter rang the bell after completing treatment, Palm Peds were standing alongside us in support both in person and virtually (for those who had to stay in office). This gesture showed that my daughter wasn't just "a patient", She was a child that they believed in, prayed for, and celebrated. We know without a doubt that God used Dr. Bayer to help guide us through this journey, a true angle indeed. We are eternally grateful for her and her staff's role in our daughter's healing and our family's strength. If you are looking for a pediatrician who will go above and beyond and who will fight for your child like you would, look no further, This is the one! Dr. Bayer is that DOCTOR! Thank you Palm Peds for standing beside us in the fight and in the victory. Honorable Mention: Count yourself blessed if you ever have the pleasure of working with Mrs. Mickah. She goes above and beyond not just in care but also in presence. She Loves your kids like her own and was also a true light in our journey. #medicalAngels

**If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would.**…read more The **only positive experience was Ms. Bianca**, who provided the professionalism and customer service that everyone else should have demonstrated. My experience with **Physician Marie and APRN Jody-Ann was unacceptable.** As a parent advocating for my child, I was dismissed, talked over, and even had them **walk away while I was asking questions and requesting clarification.** APRN Jody-Ann claimed her decision regarding my child's medically necessary medication at school was based on **"policy."** When I asked her to provide the policy or law supporting that decision, **nothing was provided.** This is especially concerning because physicians at this same location have provided documentation for this exact medication for my child for the past **two years.** The practice manager was no better. I was not even given a fair opportunity to explain my request before being dismissed. Parents should not have to fight to be heard when advocating for their child's medical needs. **Clear communication, respect, and accountability should be the bare minimum in healthcare.** This experience was **disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.** I strongly recommend management take a serious look at how patients and parents are being treated at this location. **Ms. Bianca -- thank you for being the one person who showed professionalism.**

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a year of trying to resolve this issue, I feel other parents should know about my experience. I brought my son in for his school-required annual physical. During the exam, the doctor mentioned he might have a slight scoliosis and recommended an X-ray. A few days later, we received a voicemail saying it was very minor and that no treatment or follow-up was needed. Despite this, Pediatric Associates billed my insurance for a separate Level 4 office visit, leaving me responsible for over $300. My son had no symptoms, no complaints, and ultimately needed no treatment. I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of how this justified a separate high-level office visit, but after more than a year and at least five phone calls, no one has ever called me back. I was also told my son was "missing vaccines," but I was never informed that the HPV vaccine is not required for Florida school, nor was I told it might not be covered by insurance and could cost hundreds of dollars. Had I known, I would have made that decision at another time. Parents trust their pediatrician's recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning both the billing practices and the communication at this office. If this matter is not resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with my insurance company and the appropriate Florida regulatory agencies.
