They took down the wall mounted fixtures professionally without damaging the wall. They cut down the big 15 feet working table carefully in order to move out my shop. They removed all my 25 years garages. All done in 5 hours. I am very satisfied and highly recommend these guys. Thank you.

Recycled the cardboard But with pick up of garbage by the city every second week even though our property taxes keep going up, these garbagemen become like second friends to me. I wasn't on site when they came to take the garbage away, but my tenants did tell me that there's an empty spot on the driveway for another car now. Thx Ronald...you guys came through

For a small team, Mr. Junk Removal provided big results at great value…read more We were uncertain how we'd get rid of a very heavy wooden desk, an old AC unit, and even an old PC. Mr. Junk Removal took care of everything (to my surprise they recycle electronics too!) and were very polite, professional, and quick. The team happily accepted the facemasks I offered them without complaint, and were friendly and pleasant. They even managed to move a gigantic, old-fashioned, executive-style desk down a very narrow stairwell without doing any harm to the walls. And they did it all at a better rate than any other junk disposal service I found on Yelp. Need to get rid of some big, unwieldy items without spending--or injuring--and arm and a leg? Call Mr. Junk Removal!

Needed someone in a pinch and he was one of the first to respond. We chatted on the phone and I…read moredetailed what items needed to be removed and he said to me " what price will it take to get you to hire me?" I named a price in the middle of the range he was quoting me and we agreed on that price. With that I made a verbal promise not to call around and get more quotes and he agreed to show up. As soon as he arrived at my place he saw the couch- a Karlstad couch from Ikea- and said it was really heavy so he would need to charge me more money. I actually didn't even have more money to give but I managed to scrounge some up and pay him the extra. But I feel as if I was scammed by Inderjit (the business owner). I mean if you agree on a price so that you are both happy then you show up and ask me for $20 more on the spot- it puts me in a difficult situation since I was moving out that day and didn't have time to scramble for someone else and he knew it! I feel like someone in the moving business should know that Couches Are Heavy!! On top of that, he left scratches in my hardwood floor!!! I know they weren't there before because I had literally just cleaned the house top to bottom for my move out inspection and the property manager is Extremely Picky. I am being charged by the property manager btw. So in the end, hiring Inderjit put me at a major loss. There are so many other options, choose another well reviewed company for your removal needs.

Saved by the bell - we just found out that our place had oil contaminated soil (bad timing to find…read moreout, let me tell you). Turns out that it was our underground oil tank that has been rusting in the back yard for god knows how long. First shock was when I found out that we can't simply get rid of it 'cause it's designated as hazardous substance (the fuel inside it is) Second shock was when I found out just how massive that thing was and that we can't simply dig it out ourselves But after calling a few places (who knew there are companies that specialize in tank removal) I came across CERC Oil Tank Removal in North Vancouver, and they were a cut above the rest Specifically - these guys went above and beyond the call of duty to protect our yard. The contaminated soil was hauled away, and they cleaned behind themselves like they were never there (in fact we had a BBQ party in the yard two weeks later, and no one was the wiser) The oil tank was removed i one day, and they even followed up a week later to make sure we're not having any soil settling issues.
