Tyler, the technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided solutions. Very nice person. I like Fred's text notifications.

Sure enough, they could and we had new fridge installed and the old fridge removed an hour later.

When they were moving the couch, they noticed it had a little bit of an odor they had not been previously aware of-- so they called and asked if we still wanted it, and when we did they delivered it with the rest, but refunded us $50 so the couch was free. Integrity! This was more than five years ago and the armchair I still have is only now reaching the end of its lifespan, and it has not been treated gently. The prices are a steal, they have quality standards, and they run a lean operation because they don't exist to make profits, they exist to raise money for child abuse prevention. (A pretty big contrast from the national thrift chain that pays exorbitant executive salaries and pretended paying people with disabilities way below minimum wage to staff their stores was 'charity'.) I honestly look forward to my next chance to buy from them. They also do donation pickup for free, if you need old furniture hauled away before a move.

I shared everything up. I came up with 653' sq. I than added 20% for waste. 783' sq. I spoke to installer he said actual square footage was 607' sq. he said they were adding 33% waste? I get that doesn't add up either. at 900' sq first quote was closer to 42%. I'm supposed to pay for 900'sq. do your measurements. that's nuts!

Lowe's Home Improvement requires immediate managerial and operational attention regarding both…read morecustomer service standards and employee conduct. We entered the store to purchase a specific product that was important for an immediate project and operational need. During the shopping process, we sought clarification from multiple employees regarding the product's functionality and whether it was the best fit for the situation at hand. Rather than receiving informed assistance or competent customer service, we were repeatedly met with lackluster responses, minimal product knowledge, and employees attempting to shift responsibility onto the next staff member instead of resolving the issue professionally. Because no employee appeared capable of providing a clear or confident explanation regarding the product itself, we specifically clarified the return policy prior to purchase. Based upon the representations made at that time, we proceeded with the purchase under the understanding that the item could be returned if it ultimately proved unsuitable. To be clear, the concept of the product itself was innovative and useful, and it did perform the intended task in the short term. We were genuinely glad we found it when we did. However, after practical use, it became apparent that several aspects of the product were incompatible with the circumstances and requirements of the project. As a result, the product needed to be returned. We returned to the store fully compliant with the return process, with the receipt and all required materials necessary for a routine and successful return. At that point, the interaction with Carla, the employee handling the return, became entirely unacceptable. Carla approached the interaction with a belligerent, hostile, and antagonistic attitude that immediately escalated what should have been a standard customer service matter. Her conduct was rude, aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the exchange. Rather than processing the return in accordance with store policy, she made the interaction personal and created unnecessary conflict. Her demeanor reflected a serious lack of professionalism and poor judgment for someone occupying a public-facing customer service position. More broadly, this experience reflected a larger pattern within this location. Numerous staff members, both indoors and outdoors, presented themselves in ways that were physically volatile, aggressive, dismissive, antagonistic, and ill-suited for customer interaction. This is not merely a matter of poor service; it reflects deeper concerns regarding management oversight, staff training, accountability, and workplace culture. Carla's conduct in particular warrants immediate review and corrective action. Employees representing a national retail chain should not be permitted to engage with customers in such an openly hostile and confrontational manner.

Although this location is s smaller than many other Home Depot stores, they have just about anything you need, just a smaller selection in comparison to stores in larger cities. I have been coming here for 13 years, and have always preferred it over our local Lowe's. I have never had any problems finding help from employees. They have a pretty big selection of all the necessities like appliances, lawn mowers, grills, lighting, cabinetry and countertops, flooring, and much, much more. This is the only place we buy our paint and supplies because they offer both Behr and Glidden, which we prefer. In their garden department you can find landscaping supplies and in the spring and summer they carry a wide array of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals. They carry both organic and non-organic potting and garden soil as well as various sizes of pots and planters. Home Depot is always my first stop for anything "home improvement."

First of all, I walk in the lumber side, I need some OSD for a project I'm working on. At most I needed two panels cut down to size. The cashier I talked to when I first walked in was extremely dismissive, like I was completely bothering him and that I was the biggest idiot on earth. I asked if the panel saw was working, and if someone could cut some OSD for me. He said yes and to just grab a cart and bring it over to the cutting station. There were about 15 carts around full of various lumber and only two actually available around the plethora of forklifts. Then, I realize that there is no way I can lift a panel of OSD by myself, so I try to grab a panel of hardboard, which is still not very light. I end up at the end of the aisle in the cashier's eye-line, trying to balance this 8ft panel on my head to try and get it on the cart. We made eye contact twice, not once did he offer to help or even made an attempt to call someone over, he simply went back to his phone. (Might be a testament to current men in their 20s but I digress, chivalry is dead). Also, multiple employees were walking around, not one asked if I needed help, which I clearly did as this giant panel was almost un maneuverable for me. I finally get it into the cart and make my way to the cutting station where the young woman working actually did offer to help and called someone over to cut my panel, and finally, when I had some semblance of hope, he said the width can't be cut smaller than 12inches, I needed 7inch width by about 3 feet. At that point, I left my cart at the station and left them to help the man behind me. I walked out without a purchase past the same cashier that watched me struggle for 20 minutes to get a 4' x 8' panel into a cart and ended up so frustrated and pissed off at the service, specifically the cashier who saw me struggling and did nothing. I will never be back.
