He walked me through the process of my first colonoscopy and the office promptly called afterward to follow up. My second experience was a HUGE disappointment. Unfortunately, I was ill and hadn't been getting much better with my otc medicine. I had just returned from a trip out of the country and i had a really bad stomach bug but couldn't figure out what to do. I immediately booked an appointment with this practice but with another dr who had a sooner availability. They listed me as a new patient without looking at my medical history. It wasn't until I got into the exam room that they asked what did I specifically need from the dr. Apparently my appt was going to take longer than they anticipated because i asked for blood tests, endoscopy, and anything else they could order to figure out my issue. The worst part is that my 4pm appt turned into a 5:30 appt. They they triple and quadruple booked on that day. Such a waste of time. Very disappointed that I didn't just stick with Dr Olowe. But even more disappointed at how they are running this office now.
