This is my favorite med-spa I've been at in NJ, NY and SF. I come here for aesthetic & dermalogical purposes. I ONLY trust them for all of these needs. I've seen so many NPs here over the years, but I have to give a special shout out to my two favorite Nicoles! Nicole P. is so talented and knowledgeable and always provides her expert opinion. Nicole's hydra-facials are life-changing. I swear I could fall asleep on that warm table with spa music playing in the background and Nicole's magic hands working on my face. I've also got my mom hooked. Honestly, LPS is a family affair, and they know us by name! The staff is always so nice & accommodating, and always greets us with smiles. I remember the first time I met Dr. Lombardi--it was like meeting a celebrity! He is also such a sweetheart! I always feel safe here & would highly recommend LPSC to any of my friends!

Every time I interact with someone over the phone they sound like I have somehow inconvenienced them. It's ridiculous that their email address and submission form on their website are advertised as ways to get in contact with them when no one responds. I spent well over a month trying to obtain written information on the procedures I have gotten done over the years as something had changed and I had an allergic reaction after my last appointment. Despite this, there was still no urgency on the front desk's end. When I called the first time I was told I would receive a response to my email and it never happened. I called again a few days later and the same thing was said and I still have nothing. Not to mention both people I spoke with were far from friendly or helpful. The poor customer service, as well as countless issues I have had with my filler and premature migration, is what made me switch practices. Nicole told me that my filler migration was my fault because of my anatomy. What's insane is she still offered to add more filler if I wanted. I received a second opinion from someone much more experienced and learned it's a technique issue and based on pictures I have, I had migration VERY early on. Nicole made me pay to get it dissolved when the migration wasn't my fault. Nicole also not only injected me with an active cold sore which led to an infection, but I had a scary occlusion because of her work. Her lack of patient education and one size fits all mentality is scary. Please do your research before coming here. I had one awful experience after another and am now with the most incredible injector elsewhere. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

After much research I had a consultation with Dr. Sparano and I knew immediately he was my guy (I did visit others but I was not impressed). Dr. Sparano gives you a great sense of being a caring individual right off the bat. He speaks to you with honesty as if he was giving advice to a member of his own family. He could teach many others about how to perfect great bedside manners. I had a lower blepharoplasty and chin lipo one week ago and I could not be any happier with the results thus far. I couldn't go without mentioning how beautiful his office is and wonderful each and every member of his office staff is. The appointments always run as scheduled and Dr. Sparano does not rush you and is willing to sit and answer any questions you may have. I have and will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sparano to anyone who is looking to have any facial procedures and want absolute perfection.

He later recommended a second surgery to correct the issue, this time billing the insurance to cover the costs. However, the surgery also failed . My son has allergies and still can't breathe well, so I took him to another doctor who ordered X Rays. The images clearly show that his septum is still deviated .The new doctor advised against any further surgeries since my son has already undergone four failed procedures on his nose, and additional operations are not recommended . Having a cosmetic procedure which is not cheap and not getting the results you were promised is very disappointing .

I experienced a postoperative staph infection while under the care of Dr. Glicksman, which went…read moreuntreated for two weeks and ultimately necessitated three additional surgeries within the following 12 months. Additionally, a different size implant than the one I consented to was used during the initial surgery. My preoperative intravenous antibiotics were halted shortly after administration due to an allergic reaction. Despite my inquiries to Dr. Glicksman and her nursing staff regarding which intravenous antibiotic would be administered next, medical records indicate that I was never restarted on antibiotics prior to the initial surgery. Three days postoperative, I began to experience symptoms of infection including increased swelling and pain. Even after repeatedly emailing Dr. Glicksman about my worsening symptoms, I wasn't seen in person until eight days postoperative. By then, my symptoms included swelling, pain, body aches, and fever. Dr. Glicksman failed to diagnose the infection and repeatedly expressed disbelief that I had one. Nine days postoperative, I requested for her to prescribe antibiotics but the antibiotics she prescribed did not treat the staph infection. Fourteen days postoperative, due to my insistence, she agreed to perform a second "exploratory" surgery to investigate the cause of my worsening symptoms. By then, the infection had spread to my incision, causing visible cellulitis, and one of my implants had to be removed. Culture results later confirmed that I was suffering from a staph infection. Two days after the second surgery, I went to the ER due to shortness of breath and to seek a second opinion. The following day, Dr. Glicksman received the lab results from the second surgery; however, she declined to prescribe the necessary antibiotics to treat the staph infection, suggesting instead that I consult an allergist and an infectious disease specialist before she would prescribe them. Due to ongoing concern, I immediately sought treatment at the emergency room, where I was promptly started on the appropriate medication for the staph infection. During a Zoom appointment seven days after the second surgery and implant removal, Dr. Glicksman instructed me to cut my own surgical sutures and terminated our treatment relationship, stating that she could not continue with me "running off to the ER," which to me felt like patient abandonment. The experience of losing a breast implant, enduring a staph infection for two weeks, and undergoing repeated revision surgeries has significantly impacted my physical well-being, emotional state, and financial stability. I tried to resolve this issue directly with Dr. Glicksman by requesting a refund for the two surgeries she performed, but my request was denied. I intended to use the funds to help cover the costs of the two additional surgeries necessitated by the infection. Her lack of accountability and compassion throughout this traumatic experience has been incredibly disheartening. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering her services.

After 42 years of sinus issues and breathing problems, I'd nearly given up. Over the years, I saw a…read morebunch of ENTs around NYC, some with great reputations, and kept getting the same answer: "You're breathing fine with the medications." Meanwhile, I had drawers full of sprays and pills that barely made a difference. It wasn't until I had major surgery with Dr. Scaccia about 7 weeks ago (the surgery lasted almost 5 hours) that I realized just how badly I'd been breathing all my life. I found Dr. Scaccia after deciding to look outside the city for help. A few things stood out right away: his office has parking, he has his own complete surgical suite right in the building, and he's clearly someone who's made a name for himself in the ENT world. His waiting room is filled with plaques, research publications, awards, and even TV and magazine features. At first, I wasn't sure what to make of all that, but now that I've gone through surgery and recovery with him, I get it. I can say with full confidence: He is the real deal. From the very first visit, it was clear I wasn't just another case. Dr. Scaccia has a fast mind and a direct way of speaking. At first, it can feel like he's talking over you, almost like his brain is already a few steps ahead. But once you realize how deeply knowledgeable he is, it all makes sense. He took the time to look inside my nose and connect what I was saying to what he saw, and right away he had a clear sense of the problem. By the second appointment, we were going over a detailed surgical plan, and I remember him saying he was genuinely excited for the case. That stuck with me. It showed how invested he is in what he does, getting real results for his patients. On the day of surgery, which took place in the same office where I'd had all my consults, Dr. Scaccia didn't just straighten my septum, he basically REBUILT MY WHOLE NASAL AIRWAY. He discovered my septum was too thin and weak, so he grafted it on the spot to reinforce it. He reduced my turbinates, cleared out scar tissue from years of infections that I didn't even know were blocking my sinuses, and he did a few more things that were explained and went over my head medically, but clearly weren't over his. What really blew me away was that after everything he did, there was no pain at all. Seriously, not even once. This was multi-level airway reconstruction. There was discomfort, sure, but not pain. Maybe that's due to his technique and high precision, or maybe I got lucky, but I think it's worth pointing out. Since then, I've been back for weekly post-op care, and every week I notice another level of improvement. I never realized how much energy I was spending just trying to get enough air through partially blocked passages. Now, I'm breathing in ways I never thought I could. It's practically effortless. It's been life-changing. His staff is also incredible. They're friendly, organized, and really on top of everything. They called me between appointments to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. They had all the paperwork ready when I woke up from surgery, and they walked me through every question I had afterward. The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. Every time I go, the office is calm and never overcrowded. I found out he only does one surgery per day, which honestly explains a lot. He's not rushing between patients or juggling five procedures. If it's your surgery day, he's focused on you and you only. Whether it's that approach or just the fact that more people haven't discovered him yet, I feel incredibly lucky I found his place when I did. If you've been struggling with chronic sinus or nasal issues, I can't recommend Dr. Scaccia enough. For me, it's the first time in my life that I feel like I can really breathe. That alone is worth everything.
