You're treated like they do not appreciate you choosing their business and they do not treat you good as a customer. Plus the owner lets the employees smoke in and around the cars, and every time we leave, my car smells like somebody has been smoking in it. I can't stand that, I'm gonna start driving to Amarillo just to get my oil changed. I hope a new oil change business opens up here soon. They need some competition. They forget that the customers are who keeps them open.

Steven spent the rest of his day working on trying to find out what the deal was with my truck after a few hours and it finally starting we went for a test drive and the truck decided it didn't want to shift gears so again Steven spent the rest of his day trying to figure out how it went from not starting to not shifting gears well after a few more hours of doing several diagnostic test and communicating with Nick the shop manager it was the valve body in the transmission. Now as far as this shop goes I can't begin to say enough great words about how professional Steven the shop mechanic and Nick the shop manager are these guys did everything in there will and Power to make the time go by so easy and mind you I was there for 2 days I mean great professional shop great Professional Service all of these mechanics there are very very well knowledgeable and know their stuff and will bend over backwards to not only get you in and out of there as fast as they possibly can but they do the job right. Also had the privilege and great opportunity to meet the lady that owns the shop very nice professional woman and again I can't even begin to say how grateful and thankful that I am to not only have the opportunity to be able to meet Nick and Steven but I always know that if this ever happens again that I have no doubt in my mind about taking it to the shop again I can't thank you guys enough for everything you guys are done for me and I have successfully made it home and the truck still runs and performs wonderful thank you again so much for everything you guys have done at the shop for me. TIRE INC (only to be told, they can't get the part/ fix the problem)(out $90.00). Then going to Walmart for basic oil change/ tire rotation and having to sign a contract stating "I would have their work checked by another establishment within 1,000 miles", I took my car next door to BigO. They were trying to close up for the day but the guys in the shop were SO NICE and helped me (checked my lugnuts/ Walmart's work) anyway I decided then and there that they would have my business next time I needed services. So I went in for an oil change and brake inspection due to heavy summer driving/ vacations in and out of CO sketchy mountain passes. Charlie was sympathetic to my past horrible experiences w Walmart and J.M. TIRE INC here in Trinidad that he personally checked out my brakes. Reported ALL CLEAR for now and that my brakes are safe and the oil change was done in roughly 20 minutes. BigO knows what customer service is all about. Helpful, honest, efficient, nice people who know what they are doing and treat you respectfully. I barely had time to eat my lunch they were so fast. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS only one tiny complaint website says the close at 6PM and it's actually 5PM during the week

However, I want to specifically recognize Andrew. After a difficult experience, I called back and happened to reach him. He listened, treated my concerns seriously, and made a genuine effort to rectify a situation. Most importantly, he spoke to me like a person rather than simply trying to defend the business. I walked away still choosing to take my business elsewhere, but with considerably more respect for the way the situation was ultimately handled. Two stars for my experience.
