As buyers unfamiliar to the area, Sherrie was immediately responsive to all of our inquiries day/night and made us comfortable throughout the entire buying process with her expertise in each stage of the process. Additionally, her background as a general contractor really helped in identifying potential problems and items that needed fixing. In addition to helping us find a home, Sherrie is also a keen negotiator, and even helped us find renters within days after closing on the house! On top of all of this, Sherrie is the friendliest, kindest, BEST realtor we've ever worked with. We HIGHLY recommend her!

At every step of the way, Brooke was incredibly patient, taking us to see endless houses, offering her sage advice and insights on the market. Did I mention her patience? Our housing search took far, far longer than we anticipated and she said "we'll keep looking until we find exactly what you want." When we did finally find a house we liked, she had the best recommendations for home inspectors, closing attorneys, etc. and walked us through the process with attention and care. Merry Ann walked us through everything as if she was an old friend. We looked at three houses IRL, probably about 100 on the computer and ended up getting our dream house. Our house was the first and only offer we put in and in a market like this I know that had EVERYTHING to do with her expertise. She prepped us for what to expect, how to be competitive and we could not be happier with our purchase! Even during the stressful inspections and closing, she supported us every step of the way. My relative steered us to Amy Shair for two reasons: First, because Amy holds the prestigious CRS designation, which can only be earned after rigorous training and many years in the field. And second, because when she called, Amy answered the phone herself each time, and was very responsive to calls, texts and emails. Amy has exceeded our expectations in every way. She walked us through each step, and was never impatient if we had to ask for clarification on an issue. She thoroughly knows the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill-Triangle area. Further, she has seen the region develop during her 30 years as a realtor, so she can give insights as to the history, and help predict trends for future resales. She created a list of a dozen homes in our price range to see what our preferences were. Never did we feel pressured to decide. When we settled on a home, she used trusted referrals to guide us to the end.

Her warm and welcoming personality really made us feel comfortable. We reached out to Christy while planning a trip to NC and coordinated multiple days of showings. By the end of the week, we had found the perfect home for our family, put in an offer, and negotiated with the sellers' agent to get exactly what we wanted. In fact, we signed the deal on the plane ride home! The closing of our new home and our move coincided with the beginning of the quarantine, so it presented many complications. Thanks to Christy and Lezlie, it all worked out perfectly. Christy was able to help us adapt as we were forced to close long distance, and did the walk-through for us via Facetime. She even got multiple quotes for us to handle minor repairs, coordinated handyman and cleaning services while we were unable to be in the area, and periodically checked on the house until we got there. To top it all off, she was regularly checking in on us personally to make sure everything was going well throughout. We HIGHLY recommend Christy! And we absolutely love our new home here in Cary, NC!

As you know there are so many moving parts and challenges to getting a house ready to be put on the market. Christy was there for me every step of the way helping provide guidance and resources to ensure my house was in the best possible condition to sell during these hard times. My house closed March 25th, 2020 and as we are aware these are not the best times to try and sell a home. With that said her and her team were able to guide me in a way that allowed me to get full asking price within 21 days of being on the market. I am truly grateful. And if getting a house ready to be put on the market isn't hard enough closing the deal during these times is significantly harder. I was so impressed with her ability to negotiate the deal and ensure that I was able to get full asking price post due diligence period. After the inspection was completed she was able to work through each item with the buyers and maintain that the asking price was in line with the condition of the home. In addition to negotiations she provided significant guidance and support for me when closing the loop with builders, manufactures, and insurance companies to ensure the few things that needed to get done were completed allowing us to close on time. Christy's experience in this market coupled with her professionalism eased what is normally a long stressful process. Her effort and results made it an easy decision to use her and KW Lagacy to also purchase the home i am currently living as well. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about how she approaches her job and what she brings to this process. You cannot hire a better realtor for this market!!!

We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Isabel, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Isabel was the first to really listen to us unlike the other realtors we came across. To which she told us "Not following up with your people is the same as filling up your bathtub without first putting the stopper in the drain." When she said that my wife looked at me and we both knew that she had the mindset and discipline to be able to deal with emotional and indecisive people like ourselves. My wife and I had been looking for a home for several months. Isabel always made time for us around OUR schedule. If it wasn't exactly when we asked, it was within half an hour and she was always already at the house and waiting for us with answers to any questions we might have. If she did not know the answer, she found it, then and there. Isabel found exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a house came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. She never gave up on us even when we were ready to give up on ourselves. She's honest and hands-on (even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and she really helped to take the pressure off us. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the initial meeting to the purchase and construction of our new house. I wish I could find some constructive criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We will look to Isabel when we have any future real estate needs and recommend her for anyone. We were impressed with the professionalism, her genuine interest and compassion in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. We now have a lovely home and another perk being a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow.
