The offerings range through the entire alphabet A-Z in crystals, rocks, and gems. There are large display pieces all the way down to mini figurines, towers, bowls, dishes, and much more. You can tap to pay, pay by card, cash or use venmo. You can sign up for a rewards system $1 = 1pt which adds up pretty quickly given a majority of items are priced at market rate or slightly higher. Once he finally decided on something, we quickly got the details worked out, paid for the ring and received it 4 weeks later as expected. The ring was stunning, except for the fact that it had the wrong stones! We specified black diamonds and rubies, but instead received blue and orange stones. I immediately contacted Wade and he responded promptly, saying that they would make the correct ring and to hold onto the wrong one until we received the new one. Two months later and we hadn't heard a thing nor received the ring. My husband emailed, no response after over a week. He called and talked to Wade who didn't remember the order, not an issue as I'm sure they have a lot of clients and you can't remember everyone. But we still heard nothing even after he said he'd look into it. I finally emailed again and got a response saying they switched stone setters and the ring should be started shortly. Another month and we finally received the correct ring!
