She is disheveled, rude, disrespectful and out of touch with reality. She is chronically misplacing my information. I just had to call the 1800 State Farm and discovered she never updated my address from over 6 years ago when I sold my home. Never updated my new cell phone number after 4 years. It was a nightmare. Calling them really opened my eyes to just how unprofessional she really is. I am disgusted. Will be firing frank brown after this eye opening and very deep soul kicking revaluation. I have officially filed a complaint and this cannot be rectified. I am so tired of chaos that this person causes in my life. Never updates payment information. When you try to remind her she is snappy and gaslights you as if it's your fault. LOL I can only imagine how she must manipulate people she actually knows. Sad.... That's all.
