An LLC for Herbalife Nutrition, New Life is one of the original nutrition clubs in the area. There are many sprouting up around the southcoast in MA and RI, but this is one of the few that also offers free fit-camps and other low cost fitness classes for all levels. The nutrition club specializes in gourmet smoothies that are 200 calories or under, while providing a minimum of 24 grams of protein and an abundance of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to constitute as a full meal! The hot or iced metabolism boosting teas are fantastic and delicious while providing energy without the crash!! They also provide homemade protein treats, snacks and even pies during certain times of the year to keep you on track with your goals. You do not need to join Herbalife in order to visit here. This is a great family and community at New Life Nutrition and are welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. I GUARANTEE that you will not find a studio better than this one. The young ladies (ages ranging from 2-adult) are mannerly and kind. At other studios I have visited for my daughter, I have seen and heard that the young ladies are conceited and completely rude. Also, Miss Carolyn Dutra herself is an amazing person. She offeres the girls every dance type there is. She teaches the girls poise and charm and just simply life lessons. Being a former Rockette, she knows "Show Biz" and proffesionalism like no one else. To put it simply: Carolyn Dutra is definitely one of the best. It is rare that the studio will do a competition, seeing Miss Carolyn has an amazing perspective about competitions that you will want to hear. The PPAC is a staple in Providence theater and never disappoints. The establishment has been here…read morefor a long time, but they keep it maintained. I went to see The Lion King and it was fabulous! The theater is small enough to capture the details without binoculars or an additional screen. The music was captivating. The colors were vivid. The storyline was familiar, and the characters were great. I would absolutely go back to PPAC to watch this play, and looking forward to other plays coming later this year and next year.

I was excited to see that the Lion King was playing at the Providence Performing Arts Center! The theater is very easy to get to and there is a ton of parking nearby. Admissions was swift and not crowded - they definitely are organized and know how to keep the traffic moving. They sell various snacks and some are even locally made like the popcorn I bought. The venue itself is beautiful, especially the theater. The seats are as you would expect - velvety and small. The sound and lights were great. I really enjoyed the show. I will say that at times, I felt distracted - it seemed like the audience was louder than I expected - especially with the snack bags. Oh well, what can you do At intermission the women's bathroom was a little bit of a you know what. But this seems to be a common problem with older theaters. Regardless, I had a great time and would def come back to see another show!

He is very kind and patient, but also expects your best effort every-time you are on the dance floor. If you are looking to dance for fun, competition or that perfect wedding dance you need to contact him today. I recently had the pleasure of meeting his colleagues Holli and Shannon. They were both very warm and welcoming my first time in the studio. I had several dance with Shannon who is from my first impression a high level dancer with a lot of patience. Not dancing for several months I am very rusty and she gently guided me when I tried to remember my steps. The studio is in an Historic Mill Building converted to studio space and is so wonderful. They did a beautiful job of creating the spaces to just feel very comfortable. The dance floor is a dream; so big and well done. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to check this studio out. They have dozens of functioning machines, meaning that even when a lot of people are on the treadmill, there's still one or two left to use. The flow of the place is so efficient that it is impossible to need to wait for any circuit. You can get a full workout in, even when you're crunched for time. Currently, they're renovating select spots of the gym for handi-accessibility and improvements in the locker rooms. Even so, you're able to flow around the renovations as if nothing is happening at all. Plenty of perks to this place, including a pool, classes, a hot tub, sauna and steam room, all included in the cost of the membership. These perks are great for my recovery, and keep me coming back month after month instead of a cheaper gym.

I've now become a regular at the 8:30 Muscle Challenge class led by the dynamic Janice, who has inspired me to go well beyond my expectations. I leave the class every day with a smile and a feeling of accomplishment. On the weekends when the weather's too bad for a brisk walk, I take advantage of their work out rooms. Great friendly staff, very reasonable price.
