We have been to Spain many times and seen authentic flamenco, and honestly I enjoyed this better. I personally enjoyed this show WAY more than the typical flamenco show we went to last time we were in Spain. I started out my experience with their Pisco Sour. I prefer the Peruvian style Pisco Sour (with egg whites and bitters), they serve it in the Chilean fashion (sans egg whites and bitters). It was aok if that's the style you prefer! For our starter, we got the tostones rellenos, which were the star of the evening for me. So flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Perfection! For my main dish, I got their salmon tropical, which is grilled salmon over whipped potatoes with cilantro, mango, onion, and avocado on top. It's also served with asparagus, which was pitch perfect. All in all--it was a fresh and tasty dish! For dessert, my dining companion and I opted to share their nutella flan. I found it to be overly, cloyingly sweet and wouldn't likely order dessert here again. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable. Get to it!

The food took a bit to hit the table but it looked good when it did. Everything was delicious/flavorful and seasoned nicely. I enjoyed everything on the plate so it's hard to pick one over the other except the wing's because wings are everywhere. The pork was moist and seasoned nicely as well as the tender steak quesadilla, it's all very good. Overall I really like my lunch and I'm so glad that I stopped for something different and they did a great job.

Craig had a great read of the room. I made a request during dancing and within seconds Craig was able to create a mash-up. Throughout the night they checked in with me and wanted to ensure that all songs I wanted to hear were played. Weeks before the wedding, we meet virtually two different times to go over my vision, finalize the reception timeline, and announcements to make. I first saw All-Star Music at a wedding I went to and now one of my bridesmaids booked him for her wedding!

He was an adorable emcee, very enthusiastic and great with keeping us on track. He actually started earlier than we requested when the ceremony turned out to be shorter than expected. And once it was time to boogie, he kept the dance floor packed for four solid hours. He never went for the cliche, current pop sensation of the moment, he picked a lot of classics that had everyone on their feet. And he continued to check in with me, even making sure that one slightly inappropriate song request was okay with me. We had people dancing all the way up until the very last song. I have taken one class and will never return. Students and instructors have come forward with detailed accounts of harassment, grooming, and financial exploitation. Instead of addressing these concerns publicly, apologizing, or taking accountability, Josh and Amber have chosen silence. How are people supposed to feel safe in this space when the owners can't even acknowledge the harm that's been done under their leadership? Josh's predatory behavior and Amber's enabling of it have created a toxic environment where trust has been shattered. The lack of transparency or responsibility makes it impossible to believe that this is a safe or supportive place to dance or learn.
