Classes are a little expensive, but I think it really helped. Staff is very friendly and you never feel judged. Also very flexible with scheduling classes. It was a little pricey for a college student (Drexel) who works two part time jobs to pay for books and tuition not paid for by my scholarship. But sadly, at this moment in time - i had to find another crossfit gym to teach me the basics for cheap and then i will come back and get an awesome workout for a month there!
