We got stuck in a two-year contract. Both years, they were unreliable to show up weekly. If we…read morecalled them to complain, they showed up right away, but then they still skipped another week. They hacked the flowers that were growing. They overpruned our bushes. When we complained, they just stopped pruning anything that wasn't grass, and also they didn't follow through on replacing the overpruned bushes. We paid a lot for the service. They promised to fix the issues on the second year of our contract. Still sucked. Don't do it. It wasn't worth the money and they still just didn't make it right, even after we said we were only doing the second year out of obligation due to the contract. We kept our contract. They violated theirs, but we still had to pay them. Steer clear. I don't know if they just don't care of if their staff is just incompetent. Either way.. We just can't wait. We need to get out of our contract and we would sooner hire a neighborhood kid and would get better (and cheaper!) service.
