We love fratellis! We go here all the time and it's always delicious. We have gotten many many items and every single one was delicious. From pizza to salad to fries to subs to gelato. All yummy! food was very ordinary. they had 8 people working there, ordered a sandwich, told it will be a few minutes. waited 15, then went and asked where my order was. it was there, sitting 1/2 cold because the kids they have working there don't have enough sense to bring out finished orders. Honestly the pizza was subpar. We ordered two large pizzas and they skimped on the toppings on both pizzas. I'm not sure why they only put toppings on half of the pizza, but I was not impressed. Conveniently located at the intersection of 322 and 222. Family owned. They do carbs very well. Craving a crispy crust with just the right softness? Craving fresh pasta? Yes, Fratelli's has it and they do it well. Honestly, the pizza flavor (sauce) was meh. It was a nice NY style cut and cheese. But forget about that. The cheese ravioli was sooooo delicious! The side of bread was kinda sad. (See pic) I suggest garlic buttering up some of that crust and serving that instead. The place was clean and orderly. The staff friendly and professional. This was the only pizza place in the area that was busy. I passed a few others and they were empty of customers. When I arrived shortly after 7 PM, there was at least 10 customers dining in. I knew that I was in the right place. The friendly staff behind the counter assisted me with my pizza order. I ordered a medium white pizza. It took about 15 minutes to bake and arrived hot. I really enjoy white pizza's as sometimes the red sauce keeps me up all night. The pizza was cut into 6 pieces and was tasty. I enjoyed the different cheeses and put on my own spices, to bring it up a "notch.'" Will return and might try a cheese steak or even one of the lunch specials? read more

I ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was the worst I've ever had can barely smell or taste any garlic and not sure what type of cheese is on it. I also ordered a Philadelphia cheese steak and it is do dry I can't eat it, I will need to take it home (since I'm at work) and doctor it up, just so I can eat it. I will for now on take my business elsewhere and not recommend them to anybody. This wasn't the first time I regretted buying their food I honestly gave them several tries, bit no more. I included pictures, the second one shows the lack of the mayonnaise that I requested. I gave the garlic bread to others and they agreed with me. Di Maria's is so much better. read more

I often order pizza from here (I have a rotation of places I eat from in Ephrata when I want pizza) and I will say that every single time I've chosen Fratelli's I've never been let down. The last time I ordered which was on Saturday this month for a gathering I was having, I ordered two medium size pizzas one Fratelli's special and one cheese. Both tasted delicious and were eaten up quickly by guests! I have to acknowledge this though, when I called, it was about 1 hour before closing and I wanted to have the pizzas delivered. The person on the phone who was SO NICE was I hope he sees this, told us that the delivery driver is already gone and won't be doing anymore deliveries for the day because they were closing soon however HE willingly volunteered to come deliver the pizzas to me himself and didn't deny me the delivery service. Some places would just say "well you're going to have to do pickup because our delivery driver is gone and will be done for the day when he comes back." I was very pleased to hear how accommodating the worker was and made me want to write a review for them. I made sure to give him a good tip too. I've eaten inside of Fratelli's before for lunch and the workers are very nice and always ask if we need anything. Very good service in my experience. I recommend this place if you're looking to eat Italian food. I will continue to order and buy food from here in the future! read more

I moved to ephrata a little over a year ago and this place hands down is my favorite place to get takeout. My food is always fresh and delicious and I never have to wait long for delivery. The phone etiquette when calling in is excellent and the drivers are very personable and always apologetic if they are a few minutes later than the promised delivery time. The food is fair.... nowhere near as good as DiMarias down the road..... my biggest reason is there LACK of customer service! Last year I called in a pickup order.... at the time i was working 45 minutes away... I told the man I would be there in 45 minutes.... after working a 12 hr shift and driving 45 minutes home, I had to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes for my food.... they didnt start it until I got there!!! Their food is NOT that good to have to wait that long.... I told the man right then and there that I would never be back and I never will! During my healthy lunch of just a salad, I torture myself by watching the Travel Channel's hit program Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Today, I got to the lunch room late and watched as the Food Paradise show counted down the best pizza joints in the USA. After my son's lacrosse game, I decided to go on a small journey...it's a school night...to find a great locally owned pizza parlor. We happened into Fratelli's, and ordered their signature dish. After my torturous lunch, I needed, not good, but GREAT homemade pizza. Fratelli's offered great service and a mouth watering pie that exceeded my Travel Channel cravings. My husbands mother and aunts,uncles still live and farm in Castrophilipo Sicily and he thinks that this is the best, most Italian pizza place in the area. We love the pizza! We have orders food here several times since they have opened. We have received great food and service. The staff (even as my wife said) are super friendly and do a great job. So far, got cheesesteaks, pizza, subs, and a Stromboli. My old favorite was Roma downtown, but after the owners sorta changed (and I think they opened a place down 322 going towards blue ball) I have not been as impressed, Fratelli's took over as my new local favorite. We got a meat lovers Stromboli last night for pick up. I was eating it and found plastic,cardboard and paper inside my Stromboli ! Not little pieces either over a inch by inch big.
