The service is amazing - lovely salesperson Jess spent about 45 minutes helping me choose a running shoe and was cheerful and patient the whole time, even though she probably wanted to throw a shoe at my head. Also, if you sign up to their loyalty program and end up buying the wrong shoes, you can return them within 30 days even if they have been used once or twice - really helpful for peanuts like me, who obviously have trouble making decisions.

Looking to get myself a pair of Tigers, the staff were really knowledgable about the history of this retro-cool brand and how their original trainers from the 40's have now become fun street wear while the serious running business has taken off with ASICS. I probably wouldn't normally notice stuff like this when buying sneakers, but having been flat-out ignored at no less than 5 other branded sports stores, this turned out to be a more review-worthy experience. The store links in with an ASICS concept store too, so if you need to get your gait checked and all the heavy duty stuff, you can run in next door. Otherwise, just enjoy the colours and stuff available at the Tiger store, some of which are exclusive to the concept stores. I liked a pair of street shoes but got talked into some comfier run-arounds that also suit light exercise - which is what I was actually after. I hadn't been expecting anything more than straight forward sales here, so it's good to know you can get some decent advice even just for every day shoes.

I love all the sunnies that they stock in the window and while this is specifically a store for men, I have purchased a few pairs in my time. Perfect for that sunny day at a festival. The staff are lovely and are happy to let you browse around and the prices are very reasonable.
