Then you can never get your test results on the phone or email you have to use their system that is also sorely lacking because it doesn't cater to the "on the go" lifestyle that alot of us have.(you can only access this system from a laptop or a stationary computer, if you're anything like me my phone is my comp, tablet my everything! Sadly I can not access this system with my phone!) Now on to the ladies, phone etiquette or lack there of, I've gotten out right rudeness or reprimanded by these ladies without a simple explanation! Sooo the Doc gets 5 Stars but her office and the lack of the customer service or even the difficulty to even see Dr. K that gets 1 Star. They scheduled me for post-op, got to the week of, they called to reschedule but only gave me 2 dates, that didn't work and would not work me in for 3 months. Then tried to charge for it - I left without seeing the dr. Those are just a few examples...I have more... I like Dr. Kennedy but I would not recommend her on the basis of what I've experienced with her staff. Terrible.

I have been a 20+ year patient of Dr. Hollett. While his bedside manner may not be everyone's cup of tea, he has always been available to our family, still calls lab results himself (often at 10PM!), and is truly a throw back to the days of what we used to call "family doctor". today, everyone is either a primary care physician or a specialist. Dr. Hollett often has DMC interns tagging along with him in his office which, to me, shows his interest in helping tomorrow's physicians see the important work of family doctors. I first came to Dr. Hollett 20 years ago after being dropped as a patient of another doctor when I complained about waiting in his office for 2 hours. Seemed the former doctor was concerned about having patients criticize him for his office's lack of patient consideration. Dr. Hollett has never shown one instance of lack of concern about my well being. I would still keep him as my family doctor if I hadn't moved to South Carolina. Final summary: Excellent physician, personality skills could use some work. Taken in total, I would not want another physician.
