We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home.
