He needed a tooth extraction. They adjusted their schedule so he could receive x-rays and extraction in one visit. Unfortunately, Dr Willoughby found another issue that will require care from another medical professional. He and his staff went out of there way to assisted with a referral, etc. Before we left, Dr Willoughby called the facility, where my brother currently residents, to give a timely verbal report and update, to expedite his care. They sold me a partial that they could never get to fit right. I went to a different dentist who found I needed two teeth pulled that the new partial hooked onto. So I now have a brand new partial that won't ever fit and need to buy another one. Aspen was so intent on selling things and not fixing what is needed.

My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him!

Then, a full year later in May 2026, I suddenly received a threatening notice claiming I owed additional fees that were never previously disclosed or itemized. The letter threatened to send the account to collections, yet provided no clear breakdown or explanation of these charges. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. If there were legitimate fees, they should have been communicated clearly at the time of service, not a year later with threats attached. I never received any prior notice about these supposed additional amounts. Very disappointing experience and poor billing transparency.

He removed the cement, cleaned the cap, and had his assistant who usually works surgery (per her statements) apply the cement. She was raving about how fast he works, which should have been a my sign to leave before he got back. He rushed through the placement of my cap and then ground down the cap and the WRONG surrounding teeth. When I said he was grinding the wrong tooth, he and the assistant took offense. It's MY MOUTH! I can still feel the sharp ridge he left on two teeth in my mouth above the cap. Avoid him and this dentistry business at all costs.

Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! My husband and (grown) daughter switched over to her as well and we are all very happy we did!
