Then, a full year later in May 2026, I suddenly received a threatening notice claiming I owed additional fees that were never previously disclosed or itemized. The letter threatened to send the account to collections, yet provided no clear breakdown or explanation of these charges. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. If there were legitimate fees, they should have been communicated clearly at the time of service, not a year later with threats attached. I never received any prior notice about these supposed additional amounts. Very disappointing experience and poor billing transparency.

I needed to have a dental procedure (sedated) that I had been putting off forever and on a recommendation from a coworker, I decided to try WisNova. I've always been nervous/anxious about dental procedures (stems from childhood) but the surgeons and staff at WisNova made me feel confident about this procedure. I went for a consultation with Dr. Tiboris and I was immediately impressed with his expertise (3rd generation and board certified) and care. He has family in dentistry and the way he explained the procedure made him very trustworthy. His staff was super friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I felt nervous the day of my procedure but I felt that his staff prepared me well with directions. After my procedure they sent me (and the person you bring to drive you home) they send you back with a care kit with supplies you'll need for post-op. What I really liked was that Dr. Tiboris personally called me after surgery and told me to call him if I had any questions or issues with the surgery site. Insurance/billing questions are answered by Tina- who is so nice and helpful. I also really liked that they enforce strict cleaning standards- mandatory temperature-taking/oral rinses/social distancing/etc. I went for a post-op and have another one soon. Everything seems to be healing as planned and I'm grateful for WisNova for the care.

While he is gentle, and kind, he is also funny and interesting. I drive 40 minutes to get there, passing by many dental offices along the way. It's worth the drive when you find someone that takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, and that the treatment suits you appropriately. His staff is amazing, they get to know you, and engage with you to make sure everything is as it should be. He takes care of my husband as well, and tries to make sure that our appointments are on the same day so that we may come down to Kenosha together. (FYI, they do a temporary so that if there is a problem, they don't have to remove a permanent filling to address the problem) They told me to wait for 2 weeks to get the permanent fill, but I have to wait 3 weeks due to the possibility of jury duty during week 2. I went in for what I thought would be a new patient exam and routine cleaning. I was advised after a review of my teeth by three different people (assistant, hygienist and dentist) that I would need a periodontal cleaning because I had some concerning spots of gingivitis. I was then told it was a fairly steep cost. Due to me being displaced from work, I simply didn't have the money to pay for it right then and there, so no cleaning was done. Fast forward, I end up going to a different dental office due to the fact that they were in network with my new insurance after I found a new job. That dentist reviewed my exam done by Library Park Dental, and I advised him that this periodontal cleaning was recommended by them. The dentist at the new office stated that he simply did not believe it was needed. He could see why there was concern due to some inflammation in my gums (aka gingivitis), but that a periodontal cleaning just wasn't necessary to fix the issue, and even mentioned that he was impressed with how well I take care of my teeth. By the way, that part is true - I am mindful of taking care of my teeth and I take pride in doing so! Anyway, I wanted to post this review in case anyone else was surprised to hear from this office that a more extensive procedure was necessary. I certainly was, and I do feel as though I was misled by Library Park Dental. The hygienist at this office stated that this would be necessary to prevent periodontal disease, which doesn't go away. I am thankful for preventative measures being recommended to me, but when it comes at my expense as a patient, I would hope that this was only recommended unless they thought it was completely necessary. I have no reason to disbelieve the new dentist as his response was honest and forthcoming by comparison. I also want to note that I'm by no means trying to insinuate that Library Park Dental is committing malpractice or anything of that nature - I'm sure they do great by the people that look to them for help. I'm only posting this in case this helps someone out there looking for some perspective, and/or if the practice sees this they can try to course correct.
