On the day they came out I was able to chat with his workers beforehand and they were friendly while remaining professional. More importantly, I could see their skill and hard working ethic once they began cutting. They were able to make good work of a difficult job without damaging my personal property. STAY AWAY FROM TREEFELL!!…read more TreeFell was working on removing my neighbors tree when part of the tree landed on my fence. No one working on the removal bothered to let me know, but when the clean up crew showed up, one of the employees gave me the owners "Scott" cell number. I spoke with Scott that day and he told me to get a quote and he would pay for the repair. I did what he requested and sent him a copy. He told me to go ahead and get the work done and send him a copy of the invoice once the work was complete. I did what he asked and he called me right back. He asked me to see if he could set up a payment plan, $100 right away, $100 the following week and the balance $200 the following week. I reluctantly agreed (what choice did I have) and tried to set up a time to meet for the first payment. Surprise, he just couldn't seem to get it to me! I called him several time but he wouldn't answer my calls. I then found his project managers number and spoke with him. He assured Scott was good fo it. He said he was going to see Scott later that day and would ask him about it and he would call me back. Supperise, haven't heard from him either! There are always two sides to every story, so feel free to talk to Scott about this if you are considering TreeFell. When they finished one branch they said to me that they couldn't get to the other one, yet they charged me the full $300. When I complained to the owner Scott about not completing their work, he just listened but failed to address my concern. Any professional tree trimmers would have done this work in less than 20 minutes.
