The guy said he didn't think I would mind. The recipient of my donations was a landscaper not someone in need. Also, despite donating thousands of dollars of belongings, I never received the requisite paperwork to allow me a tax deduction. I don't recommend this company, nor would I ever use them again.

I moved from a 3 floor condo with no elevator and they were able to navigate that with no problem in addition to other circumstances that made my move unique.
