The micro meter was slowly spinning indicating a leak. The plumber came out and wanted to change all the working parts in the toilets. We told him that we put dye in the toilet tanks and leaking toilets were not the problem. I told him it may be a leak in the lawn irrigation system, he could not located the line that fed the irrigation system. He asked if we could open the garage door so he could get to his van and we did. I thought he was getting tools however he just left. He didn't tell us he was leaving, he just got in the van and took off. This plumber just wanted to come in and replace some toilet parts and charge us without fixing the actual problem. Do not hire this plumber. I wish I could give him no stars but have to give him at least one for the review to be published.

We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.
