Today is Thursday, and he still has not shown up. Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor. Many of my calls and text messages were ignored. When he did respond, he repeatedly told me he was "on the way" or gave me a specific time he would arrive. Each time, he never showed up, and he never called or texted to let me know he wasn't coming. My husband is currently traveling, leaving me at home with my daughter without a working vehicle. I have now spent nearly a week waiting for him to follow through on his repeated promises and am forced to look for someone else to repair my car. I understand that schedules can change and emergencies happen. However, repeatedly making commitments, failing to keep them, and not having the courtesy to call or send a quick text is unacceptable. Reliability and communication are important, and unfortunately, I did not experience either. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.

He thanked me for bringing in the car and that he would check it for free - this is exactly what I was told on the phone. I immediately felt at ease. check the codes and they found a bad ignition coil. I also had them do a tune-up because I didn't remember when I changed the plugs. I highly recommend this shop, they took care of me right away and fixed it right the first time.
