This CarWash is my go to spot every Sunday. I have a membership and I usually see Ms. Shante and she is always smiling and so inviting! I even referred my significant other to sign up. My car always comes out clean and in the rare occurrence I have heavy bugs - I simply use their bug wash station before going in. Their memberships are affordable and it pays for itself after my second wash of the month since I have the top wash package. I'm very happy and my car couldn't be cleaner. read more

I have been going to Frank's for almost 20 years. I am disappointed in what is today's franks car wash. Staff look in trained. Sitting on the floor in the hall way playing games on the phone. Both male and female bathrooms are not clean. Toilet paper on the floor, counter Tops not wiped down. Old news papers all over the waiting area as well as franks plastic bags. The young men seemed unmotivated to complete the basic task on cleaning the care. But are all to eager for the tip. I will be taking my business else where. Where is frank? read more

When I bought my unlimited wash for my 2 cars, I was told it was good at every TAKE 5 location. It even says that on the web site!!! However, the location at 6203 Lapalco Marrero LA 70072 will not let me use the wash any more because of the tag I was given at 3851 Lapalco Marrero LA 70072 and vice versa if you bought at that location all because the systems don't communicate and use different tags. About half the Take 5s in the area are on one tag and half on another. They need to fix this and put them all on the same tag! They also need to stop telling people they can buy an unlimited package and use at every location and update their website that clearly states, unlimited packages can be used at ALL locations! Bad business practice to turn away customers who paid for a service SMH. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This place used to be amazing for a drive thru car wash. Take 5 took it over from Tropic and changed it. It is 29.00 for the top wash ... it used to be 21.00. However when it was tropic it cleaned the car. Today we went and paid 29.00 and the dryers were not drying. We drove back around and my husband got out to talk to the attendant. He noticed bugs still on the front of the car. Attendant said we will put you through again for free, we pulled up and the next attendant used the brush on the front, we went through and the dryers were on this time. Got to our house about a mile away and noticed all the bugs STILL on the front. And they want me to buy a monthly membership... I do not think so! Talked to my neighbor and he had same problem at the location near Oschner. Obviously it's the company! read more

What a ripoff! They've taken away all the brushes that we used to be able to use before the car goes through the car wash. They tell you that they will get the bugs off for you but you have to buy the two highest priced washes and guess what? They don't get the bugs off. If you complain, everyone stands around looking lost. They've also done away with the $7 wash. It's now $10. Lots of people were complaining. This place will be out of business in the next few months. I sure miss Tropic. They had their stuff together! PS. They're also using the "credit card machine is down. Cash only",trick. read more

This used to be my go to location because they would do a great job wiping down your vehicle after the wash but now the attendants take their time coming out to wipe down your vehicle and will just do a quick job not actually wiping it down completely. The vacuums here are trash! I went yesterday and only two were operating properly. read more

These guys cannot get their act together. I purchased the monthly deal so I can wash my car once a day if I want. However when I get there half the hoses don't work, the kids working there don't really seem to card. I wish we had a better option read more

First off, you pay $13 for a car wash, you should expect a nice car wash. Well, they didn't do my tire shine and then when I pulled around to the hoses, both of them didn't work. I noticed the last time I went the hoses weren't really working but realized this time they didn't even suck up anything. So disappointed. When they first opened, i went weekly and felt like I got my money's worth. Don't go to this location. Also heard the company got new management which makes sense....if they can't maintain a working establishment, they need to close. read more

Its looks fantastic from the street, great staff, just poor wash. As we get older we can do what we use to, and I look for a car wash more than ever now. 30 years ago I worked for 2 1/2 years at an automated car wash, so you are getting from knowledge. Yes chemicals have changed but such a small tunnel at the speed they have it on, there is no-way a car will be cleaned in 30 seconds. Slow down chain, and pull them through a little slower, not only will you get a better wash, your customers will feel they spent there money wisely... Ill change review when you change the process. Been there three times. First two I was very pleased. Third time ended it. I now have to spend an afternoon buffing out hair line scratches down both sides of my car. I wish I saw it while I was vacuuming it out but noticed it later that day. One year old car to. Very upset read more

I have been paying 60 bucks per month for the past year. I went too The was in July and August and the bar code would not scan. I had to pay for the wash. They will not answer the phone. I am going to dispute the charges that says they are manually entered. read more

Just visited the Dutch Fork road location. After going thru the wash my white car had black stuff all down the right side of the car side, hood and trunk, The attendant said he could run it back through, but could only do an express wash. It removed the black stuff, but washed off the wax and tire shine which I had paid extra for. read more
