My mother was in an accident that left her vehicle with repairs that 'totaled' her car from an…read moreinsurance standpoint. She received an insurance check that covered the estimated costs of repair, but because the insurance company had totaled the car, the repair shop we had it at originally wouldn't repair it (only dealt with insurance). Because of this, we shopped around for smaller companies willing to work on her vehicle. We found F&B Collision and contacted them. Dax and Noah were polite, professional, and accommodating. Because the vehicle was still drivable, my mom kept it while F&B ordered the parts. In total, I believe the car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. We did get a couple of completion dates that were missed... I believe there was an issue with one of the ordered parts being damaged, some additional damage found, and possibly an issue with technician(s) being out unexpectedly(?). We understood since these seem to be normal items to deal with when doing repairs; and, since it is a smaller shop, it's not like they can have another resource to take over the repairs if someone is out. F&B even covered the cost of some additional items to keep within the estimate. Much appreciated. My mom picked up the car yesterday and it looks wonderful. She is very happy, so THANK YOU. I haven't checked under the hood yet, but I'm not expecting any issues. If we do run into any problems with the repairs, I have full faith that F&B will stand behind their work and make it right... But, again, I'm not expecting any issues. Thank you F&B for your professionalism and hard work. I'm glad we found you.

It also covers the turbo charged engine and the transmission. You also get 2 years with of maintenance included. This is a very solid car and has plenty of power from the engine. The best part for me is the seat extension that pulls out under the drivers seat to support your legs on long drives. Kind of like sitting in a recliner chair. We also love the ventilated and heated seats! A Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot were much more expensive.

Only if you want to be scammed should you go here: most likely scammed because I'm female!…read moreI needed a tire replaced on a rim. they said it'd be about $100 total plus tax. I told them I wanted the replacement tire put on the rim and, because they were so busy, don't mess with the spare, I can put the new tire on. 1 hour and $135 later, I'm advised that anti-seize lubricant was used on the stems and 1 broke, 2 won't tighten. why did they even mess with the spare?!? Then they came to tell me that 2 studs broke now and 1 won't tighte. I said to get the car out in the parking lot and my mechanic will take care of it because I'm not paying them for stems that should have never been messed with and shouldn't have broken off unless THEY DID SOMETHING to it! I walked home and will have to pay to buy new stems and a ride service company to take me over there so I can do it myself if my mechanic is busy. To anyone not aware: I never thought about only taking in the rim inside to replace. They shouldn't have even taken the car in the garage! Also, "mounting" isn't for putting the tire on the rim. It means putting it on the car. These things are good to know so you don't get scammed. At least I know now! Don't go here!

I got you 129,000 miles, in my head gaskets went out. And the warranty company was not willing to help. Even though I was only 196 miles out of warranty. And it was gonna cost $4200 for them to do the head gaskets. At that's them with not replacing a cylinder head. Each cylinder head was $2000 from ford. And I have a baby on the way in four months. And I told him I could not do that and I have to give up my truck, The owner personally bought me a new engine with 40,000 miles less, and put it in my truck for free, I would I have to pay them a penny. And they said if I wanted to put parts on it why they had the motor out, that they would just charge me for the parts and no labor. Just the job of buying that motor and putting it in was easily $7000. But the owner was willing to do that for me. I did not have any reason to. I've never even met the guy. Because of him I'm going to be able to keep my truck, I have something safe for my baby to be in while I'm driving around. So I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle, to just stop by and talk to someone, they are willing to work with you, A lot of a lot of people don't understand is if you just have respect for people, they're willing to help you. Because the service manager understood how hard it was to have to buy a truck and not even me 200 miles out of warranty and my motor blow up. Because I just graduated college and I have a baby on the way and I could not afford that on my own. So thank you very much to the owner of Greg Chevrolet in camby Indiana. You just save me from losing a job that I just started last week, you just save me from missing more ultrasound appointments, you save me from losing a truck that I truly love. Thank you. P.s. thank you to the service manager who is willing to sit down with me and keep me posted daily. Who did not have to do any of the things that he did, thank you for going the extra mile, when you have no reason to, I was out of warranty and I was technically not your problem, so thank you very much, you are amazing! I received my inspection report stating the battery was low on the other two tire sensors. I did not approve to replace these sensors at this time, only the ones that were already bad. I received a call stating the fronts were now showing as bad and needed replaced. the fronts were the ones I knew were bad which my original estimate shows. After back and forth with the tech, clerk, and manager of me stating I was not paying for a service I did not approve or need at that time and still wanted the ones I already agreed to pay to have done, I end up paying for both (more for each than the original estimate which I didn't even bother arguing over). terrible customer service. Even after proving I was right, I not only paid for service I did not approve And paid more for what I agreed to, the delayed work due the confusion left me without a vehicle for an unexpected day and had to rearrange work schedules and getting kids to school.
