This is a very busy shop because they are friendly and do good work quickly. They do take walk ins if you are willing to wait.

I needed two Toyota Tacoma rims repairs and replacing them was too expensive. Alloy Wheel Repair…read moreSpecialists were recommended to me. Scheduling was easy and fast with great communication. I went to the Wexford, PA site for repair; it's a little difficult to find, but worth the trip. Craig, the specialist, met me and walked me thru the work and estimate of time. I walked to Dunkin Donuts close by and worked while my repairs were completed. When I returned, I was shocked! the rims looked brand new!! I am so grateful for this exceptional service and quality of work.

I took the car to my dealer to double check that the rims and tires were in fact safe to drive on and, reassured that it was only cosmetic, was told that they worked with this vendor to repair damage like mine, that I could expect about $250 per wheel and it would look brand new. I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. They are magicians. I'm thrilled with the work and would recommend them highly.

The gentlemen that work here are just that. I requested a price quote on tires a few months back…read morebut wasn't ready to get them at the time. When I called them to make an appointment, although the price increased, they still charged me the original quoted price. They didn't have to do it but they did and I'm truly grateful. I was in and out, back on the road in what seemed like minutes with new tires. To add, their prices bear out everyone else I called. It's the kindness of these guys that will bring me back.

Brought 2 of our vehicles here to have the tires swapped. A few minutes after arriving they told us…read morethey couldn't swap them because they were all wheel drive vehicles and tires were different sizes (going from an acadia to explorer). My husband and I have both worked in the auto industry do we already the tire sizes were able to be swapped, and for that matter both our vehicles are front wheel drive! My husband asked to see the vehicles while they were in the air (to double check), and sure enough FWD. He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.
