However, they won't see me until I have my records. Well, I don't know where my records are because the company shut down so I have to find my records. Make an appointment and then I can get my hearing aid fixed. But they could have been a lot nicer and a lot more sympathetic. I will never, ever ever go to Manchester ent. The office staff is so friendly and efficient. There is at the time of this writing mask and distancing protocols, which I dearly appreciate. I really like Dr. Bernstein, too. He is very attentive and wants to get you better. His vast experience is an asset, and he is professional while also having compassion. Definitely keeping him as my ENT. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope.
