After several delays because of family issues he was finally able to come the following week. When he finally arrived he came unprepared. He struggled to open the aluminum railing packages so I gave him a kitchen knife to open them. He unpacked 2 of the 7 railing packages and wanted to see what needed to be done on the front porch also. He then said he had to leave for 15 minutes to get a special saw to cut the railings to size and would be right back. I knew at that point he would not return because he lives at least 30 minutes away. He left, never returned and has yet to answer my November 26th query about his return. The only reason for the second star is because he actually showed up.

I had the pleasure of working with Brett Barrtett at Ridgeline Roofing and Restoration,…read moreI had called several companies, Ridgeline didn't hesitate to call me back. I checked them with the better business bureau as they received a top rating. Also was recommended to them by a friend. I am beyond impressed with their service, the entire experience was seamless and professional. But what really stood out was the exceptional representation by Brett Barrett. We did most of our communicating via phone as I was in another state. Brett and team members attention to detail, dedication and experience is remarkable. He took the time to explain the process, so that I would be properly informed with the process. I felt very confident and worry free with Ridgeline Roofing and Restoration If you're looking for a reliable and professional roofing company, look no further than Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration. I will definitely be recommending their services to everyone.

I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished. I then mentioned my shed that I should replace the roof on it also. He gave me a price and then did the shed also. What service you can't ask for any better than that !! I live in Florida and have not been able to visit my property in Murphy for about three years now…read more I just wanted to share my positive experience of hiring a handyman referred by my realtor, Lisa Dicuffa of Coldwell Banker. Tom Bauman has taken care of my property since early summer this year. He and his wife are honest, hard working people who have successfully earned my trust by clearing brush, pressure washing and staining my back deck. I highly recommend. It is hard to find people who actually do what you pay them to do.

I had to wait until I had at least a half day's work before he would come. Also his rates kept getting higher from job to job. The last time he was here, I was charged for a half day yet he skipped half of the items on my list and he was done within 2 hours. I have had to stop using him for those reasons. I need someone who is willing to come for smaller jobs and whose charges an hourly ... rather than half day ... rate. He did the best work of any handyman I've used ... so I'm sad I can no longer use him.

We recently were looking for a roofer to do some minor repairs on some facia that was damaged…read moreduring some high winds, but most of the roofers in the area were reluctant to do this small job. When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing work even the small jobs. Hats off guys and thanks again for taking care of our project.

Juan is a good sales person as well as being easy to talk to and well educated in his line of work. I also appreciated that Juan returned to my home after the job was completed as I had some issues as a result of some stone work that was completed one day after the gutters were installed. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.
