I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished. I then mentioned my shed that I should replace the roof on it also. He gave me a price and then did the shed also. What service you can't ask for any better than that !! My thanks to Ashley for her great quick response on any of my request . she Is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with . The same with Brett and his crew I couldn't ask for a better Experience ! She had to stop working and went to talk to the roofer that said he had an appointment with me at 5:30. I live by my calendar and I did NOT have an appointment. Some telemarketer gave RRG my address and they were waiting in my driveway while I was at work. The roofer had my phone number, but didn't even call me. I tell him on the phone to email, but he insists on coming back next week. His 1 and only text to me was "Don't waste your time." so I'm passing this on to all the other future customers... Don't waste your time. I have talked to many roofers, and he was second to worst with customer service. I went thru my doorbell cam recordings and found the guy. Why didn't he just call me?! You can see the phone in his hand, and he has my number... Edit: look at the company response. This is their customer service. Maybe they will learn from this experience, call/text the next customer about time of meeting, and treat the customer with respect. I serve my customers, and I respect their time and decisions.

After a quick look around, they determined that the gutters were in pretty good shape, the downspouts are working, and that very minimal cleaning would be required. So, they did it on the spot and they didn't charge. Sincerely appreciate the honesty, especially since I'm waiting on a quote from another gutter cleaning company as we speak that wasn't as truthful. Our neighbor, who does not fool around, hired Cervantes to do roofs on his rental cabins. He said that they look great. We decided to go with Cervantes when we needed a new roof. We did investigate other roofing firms, but Cervantes was the only one that came up with a plan to fix a certain problem we were having. They came and replaced our entire roof in one day. They work very hard and are incredible. We even got new gutters through a business associated with Cervantes. They did our garage, too. Great job. Labor is guaranteed for one year. You can call with any problems that you have. Raise the roof!
