I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished. I then mentioned my shed that I should replace the roof on it also. He gave me a price and then did the shed also. What service you can't ask for any better than that !! We just built a house using Fineline Builders and our experience was great. We called them and…read moreshortly thereafter our call was returned by the owner, Len Poole. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our desires for our project. We decided we were interested in maybe using him so we set up a meeting. He asked a lot of questions to understand what we wanted and followed us out to our land, where he assessed what it would take to build on it. We soon hired him and Fineline got to work. Very quickly the shell of the house was up. We noticed the trusses were very close together and solid as was the structure of the subflooring. Every step of the way they did quality work They sent us to various vendors to get our finishes and without prompting the vendors all mentioned what a good builder Len was. They all turned out to be high quality vendors by the way. One of his subcontractors spontaneously said he enjoyed working for Len because the previous work was always done right, making his job easier. The bank where we set up our new account was impressed that we were using Fineline. Needless to say, we ended up with a well constructed house done for close to the originally estimated price. These people are honest and they make a sincere effort to get you a house as close to your vision as they can get. We cannot recommend them more highly.
