I asked for an estimate for some work on our home. I provided Tuan Anh the address, directions,…read moreaccess codes, etc.. He mentioned he would stop over to check it out, then provide an estimate. The next morning he provided me an estimate without ever making the agreed upon visit to the home to review the work that needed to be done. I only found he did not visit the home because of a specific question I asked that could have been easily answered had he made the visit as promised. It wasn't until then that he admitted he did not visit the home. His "estimate" was also considerably more expensive than others that made the visit as promised. Most likely because Tuan Anh's estimate was made without any effort. Not an honest way to conduct business.

All I can say is BEWARE! Extremely horrible job refinishing…read moremy 418 SQ ft floor. They did attempt to fill knot holes with epoxy but didn't mix it right and never cured. I had to remove it an use acetone to get the sticky mess cleaned up so I could re do the floor. Wish I could post a pic of this disaster. I did pay my balance and had the owner sign a paper stating paid in full but he's now threatening me with putting a lean on my house. Wrong thing to do as it's illegal to place a false lean on someone's property. This has been a nightmare but I will fight this guy to the bitter end.
